Quiet. Simple. Intimate. We booked with Anna and Zach for our 10 year anniversary. I was drawn to the true bed and breakfast concept and the chef inspired dinners by Anna.
Zach greeted us on arrival and Anna prepared fresh baked brownies that were waiting in our room. We dined in both nights in our stay and had a lovely candlelight dinner. Food was filling, hot, full of flavor and made with love! Oh and the peach tea is .

Breakfast is included in your stay and Anna creates a delicious spread. From eggs and waffles with strawberry compote to handmade kolaches. You won’t be disappointed. They also asked ahead of time if we had any food allergies.

We stayed in the Hillside Haven Cottage which was cozy and quiet. The hill country nights were perfect with the screen door letting the cool air in. Parking was close to our cottage and easy to get in and out.
There was no closet but we travel with wrinkle release spray so this was not an issue for us. Full kitchenette with a gas grill.

We cannot wait to be back at Zannabella B&B. Thank you Anna and Zach for a truly memorable anniversary.

Very clean, very safe location. Hosts are full time and had excellent communication. Beautiful views, great food and service. Close to Fredericksburg without the high cost and crowds. Perfect quiet getaway. Will return again and again. Loved waking up to the sunshine on a sign that says “This is a day the Lord has made”.

Communication is top notch shortly after booking. The place was nicer than pictured and the location is so quiet and in tune with nature. Much is provided and the hosts make sure you have everything you need. Anne prepares a wonderful breakfast and you can taste that it's made with love. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my next stay!!

What a nice and relaxing little B&B. Anna is a great hostess and cook! Everything is handmade and beautiful. It is a truly magical place with everything from glamping cabins to romantic cottages - every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make your stay comfy and worthwhile. Also, Anna makes a delicious breakfast! A true bed and breakfast! I loved it and will probably be back next year! Thank you, Anna and Zach!

This is a wonderfully run B&B. Rooms are well stocked, super clean and have the feel of a home, not a hotel room. This place makes a great base of operations for all there is to do in the hill country. But what really sets it apart from your standard B&B is the quality of the food. Breakfasts are wonderful and if you are lucky enough to be staying on a night they are serving dinner, do not hesitate to jump at the opportunity. You won't regret it. We stayed during the eclipse and they were full to the max and yet the quality of food and service were just as good as if we had been the only couple there. Definitely looking forward to our next visit when in the area again.

This place is truly a gem! We are thankful that we found it. Our stay was so wonderful and the hosts are phenomenal. We found our room to be super clean and everything was perfect. It's been a LONG time since we stayed at an actual Bed and Breakfast. The food did not disappoint. We had a homemade snack waiting for us on arrival and the breakfast was superb. Wow! Can't say enough good things about Zach and Anna's place.

The wife and I stayed at Zannabella for our anniversary weekend. We were NOT disappointed! Beautiful, scenic Hill Country location. The cabin was clean, well supplied, and nicely decorated. Way-out-in-the-country feel, but only minutes from Ingram and Kerrville. The hosts, Anna and Zach, were hospitable like you wouldn't believe. Anna's breakfasts, which are included with the cabin, were fantastic! Would leave 6 stars if I could. We look forward to staying again!
