There is absolutely NOTHING bad about this place. On Saturday I toured 6 places and I have to say that this one blew me away. The amount of security and protection is TOP NOTCH! I was lucky enough to have Tacoby Cobb give me the tour and I have to say I’ve never had someone be so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly as him! everything he showed me was just perfect! I can honestly go on for hours about how nice and knowledgeable he was about everything! This is definitely going to be the next place I move into and i couldn’t recommend it more for anyone else

All the staff are friendly and helpful, 5/5 service. Tacoby knows the property so well and sold me on all the amenities the Statler has to offer. He is always asking if there’s anything I need when I see him around. Jasmine at the concierge desk is spoils my dog with love every time I take him out for a walk.

The only issue I have isn’t service related, but I don’t think the windows are double panes so there is a lot of noise pollution the enters the apartment.

I had the pleasure of touring the Statler Residences with Tacoby and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was very detail oriented by giving a tour of all the amenities, the community and finding the perfect apartment home! While walking throughout the community all residents and staff were extremely friendly! Community is absolutely beautiful, clean and well kept! Thanks so much!

Lovely property and kind people! Tacoby, the leasing agent, was very helpful during my tour and did a great job of show casting all aspects of the community. Awesome location and awesome apartment. I really enjoyed!

Constant unbearable dumpster smell entering the building from residents entrance, entire building smells like trash with some kind of fragrance trying but unable to cover up the gross trashy smell.

Literally had to hold my breath every time.

It does not stop here.

The indoor air quality is also terrible. Strong chemical smell in my apartment that doesn’t go away after 3 months!!!! I’m very concerned with my health.

The window is not able to be open.

Literally the worst apartment that I have ever stayed.

Please stay away if you are health conscious.

On top of that maintenance never responds.

Fire alarm goes off every 2 weeks.

My gf is moving closer to me (I live at Nove at Knox). I am beyond empresses on the customer service of the of all the office team members! I will give a special thanks to Tacoby for being amazing to my partner, and made this experience so memorable!

I had a great tour experience with Tacoby for the apartments at the Statler. The layouts were great, and I appreciated his transparency and attention to details. He was very knowledgeable about not just the properties, but also the surrounding construction, area, and layouts. I can’t comment on how it is to live here, but it was great to learn more about the offerings at the Statler with Tacoby.
