Danielle, Squire, and Zoe were a few of the employees at the leasing office that always went out of their way to make sure any problem we had was sorted out correctly and efficiently. We appreciate how friendly everyone was from the day we moved in to the day we moved out.

I moved into the Residences of Orland Park Crossing last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The leasing office team—Danielle, Trent, and Zoe—was fantastic from start to finish. When I first inquired about the property, Zoe was incredibly friendly and informative, answering all my questions, providing details about rental furniture, and giving me a quote. Throughout the rental process, I worked with all three of them to arrange the furniture, sign the lease, and coordinate my move-in.

Although I moved in a day after my lease started, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect by having the rental furniture delivered and set up that same day. Thanks to their efforts, my rowhome was fully ready when I arrived. One week in, I’m truly enjoying the place and appreciate all the support from Danielle, Trent, and Zoe. Thank you!

My fiancé and I absolutely loved living here. We had to move due to job relocation, but we would have stayed much longer because we loved the community so much. The staff is very professional, friendly, and responsive. The management was truly the best I have ever experienced. Danielle, our property manager, always responded to us quickly and Emily, the sales consultant, is AMAZING! She made us feel so welcome and valued as residents. We loved taking our pup on walks around the community and by the ponds. We never heard our neighbors and we had no maintenance issues. Overall, our experience was luxurious, peaceful, and well worth the price given the value.

I gave 3 stars because my husband and I loved this place for the first year. We loved the area, and the apartments are quality inside. Emily is amazing and the maintenance team is just awesome! The residents are great and we made some good friends and memories. It felt like home.

Renewal time came around and our rent went up $100. It was manageable and the office worked with us.

But after that, the community started going down hill. The police show up multiple times a week especially in the summer, there’s sketchy people that hang out here and get the police called on them and are rude to residents. Management doesn’t make them leave even when they aren’t on a lease. My husband’s car was attempted to be stolen from the parking lot, which cost us a $500 deductible from insurance because of all the damage. My friend’s Jeep was broken into, and my neighbor moved out because someone tried to break into her apartment and pry her door open. Oh, not to mention the money truck from Marianos was robbed.
After all this, our 2nd renewal came around and rent went up another $200. They did try to work with us and bring it down, but it was hard for us to stay and feel safe. Not to mention we felt that a 1 bed was not worth 2k a month in an area that is going down hill.
A lot of good people moved out. I hope they can get the crime under control. I would move back in a heartbeat if I felt safe. But sadly, I don’t think that’s going to happen.

This complex is a great place to live. The landscaping is well kept. There are walking/bike paths that are close by. The apartments are elegant, clean and soundproof. And the maintenance staff is very responsive with work orders. I want to give a special thanks to the office staff. Emily, Kristine, and Danielle were so helpful during the move-in and throughout my stay.

I am absolutely loving my new Apartment at The Residences of Orland Park Crossings after downsizing from my home. The property is well maintained, Clubhouse along with Patio/Pool area immaculate and it feels like community & home to me. I initially came for one year, but will renew my lease. The Professional Team in the Office are both pleasant, personable and efficient. You will love it.

We loved living here the first year, however our second year things went downhill. The walls are super thin, so unless you are on the top floor, expect to deal with a good amount of noise.

We got charged a cleaning fee for the carpets even though they are 6 years old and needed to be replaced. We were also promised a carpet cleaning with renewal of our lease, which we never got and then got charged for normal wear and tear. Very disappointing.

Overall, the community is one of the best in the area and we enjoyed living here, minus the few things mentioned above.
