Purchased a condo at St. Regis a few months ago and have had nothing but a great experience. Love having the full 360 views along with the resident amenities.

The two private elevators are quick, even with all the floors. Also love using the hotel amenities as a resident!

Parking spots are close to the elevator and are always clean and safe.

Wow! Interwoven floor plans and all glass building envelope.

Great location on the East end of the Chicago River and within walking distance from the Navy Pier, the Lakeshore and the River North community.

The loading dock agent Ricardo is the worse, this guy is never around when needed. I’ve had complaints from my guys and other contractors trying to get a hold of him and they have to wait around for him. We go up to the front desk to see if they know where he is they call him and still can’t reach him, this is one of the worst buildings to come to honestly.

Wow!
Hotel has been open only one week - but, wow. Stunning interior. Attentive service. We had bar snacks and cocktails, but they did not disappoint. Great outdoor patio spaces (wonderful views) and quiet area’s to enjoy conversation and delightful cocktails.

This is the worst design parking and valet ever. this is a valet only building with not enough room in front of the building for the cars to be brought up. It causes a horrible traffic jam. Every time they bring up multiple cars it was poorly constructed and design, there’s not enough room for multiple cars to be in front of the building without backing up the entire Area

It’s time to file a complaint with the city. They should never have allowed this kind of driveway and construction.

His exceptional service truly stood out when he went above and beyond to secure a last-minute reservation at Miru restaurant for my girlfriend and me. As a licensed real estate agent with a history of representing several sales at the St. Regis, our paths crossed. I'm immensely grateful for his extra effort, especially considering I'm not a resident here. From our very first meeting, he's consistently delivered top-notch service. A true A+ experience!

staff and Manager on Duty David, these guys are such rip offs. booked hotel but was charged $600 extra at checkout for rate adjustments due to their staff provided wrong information. will not recommend anyone to stay here
