This 1 star is for your security this summer.

Today witnessed again how 20-25 people are coming to the pool without the fob key in front of security guy (young guy with earring) who did absolutely nothing all season. They were carrying mini fridges with drinks, watermelons on their shoulders, bags of food, etc. taking over the whole area.

Really need a new security who doesn’t play video games all night and does his job. When you solve this problem, I will take down my comment as well. Just don't wait until the next season to take action.

It has been a joy living at the Row. We have a lovely townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and 2 walk in closets. A laundry room too. Love the white roses along the pathways. Very tastefully done lighting as well.
The sun streams in through our huge windows - it’s like having a sun room in the dining area.
The staff are very gracious and helpful - grateful to Sarah who has been very very helpful and kind to us.

The property and amenities are superb! It is always, clean and well kept. The staff is accessible, friendly, and most importantly VERY responsive. I moved out of the area, while doing so the team was so helpful. They made the entire process seamless.

Beware!!!! Management here is a complete joke. The police are constantly here - at least once a week. Maintenance is overworked and over staffed. Maintenance requests go days without being resolved with no communication from the office. An employee came to fix my garage and told me this place was thrown together and the maintenance team is overwhelmed with work.

Management allows residents to let dogs roam without a leash!!..even on the kids playground!! I’ve seen huge dogs running around with owners no one nearby. They have ignored several complaints from myself and other neighbors on this issue. They have also ignored the two pit bulls who are on a balcony located in building 8 that bark at any and everything walking by!!! The owners leave the dogs outside on the patio all day.

There are little to no cameras on the property even after several issues with car theft. The amount of the times I’ve seen the police is disturbing!! I’ve seen private detectives, helicopters and a few months ago the police an entire building surrounded and part of the property blocked off!. Thomas from the front office admitted the security company is terrible and has a high tun over but Katrina, Trent or anyone else has done nothing to improve this obvious issue. My car was broken and when I called to notify the office.. Katrina said oh yeah other peoples car were broken into also.. that was it. I asked her if they had cameras and she said the camera was broken.

Parking is also a huge issue. Management allows one of its maintenance employees to park a fleet of cars that he brings him from the junkyard.

Just pathetic.

We have had the best experience thus far ever since we made the decision to move here! It took us some time to decide which unit was the right one for us and Traci the property manager has been so accommodating and helpful. We finally found a unit we can call home and the application process was a breeze. We found out our application was approved literally the day after we applied! The property is absolutely gorgeous even though it is still partially a construction site. From the resort style pool to the dog park the amenities are unbelievable. We are so excited to move there in a month. The location is perfect with so many safe walking trails all around and so many hikes just up the road. We cannot wait to wake up to a view of the sierras every day. We highly recommend checking out this property and considering it as your future home.

I love this place! My family and I have lived in various apartment communities and this place is by far the best community we have lived in. The Residences at The Row is beautifully designed both inside and out with luxury touches at every turn. From the streets it's hard not to notice this eye-catching community. Wait until you enter the property. You will definitely be amazed of how stunning it looks. At night, when all the lights are turned on, it's even more stunning. The location is great with an incredible view of the mountains, nearby shopping, and there is a retail center being built on the same lot which is a short walk away for the residents. When my family and I are out and about we always can't wait to go home.

The manager, Traci, was very helpful with the process from start to finish. She consistently kept us updated during the application process and was very accommodating with our move-in date. During the tour of the property, she was very informative, respectful, approachable, and attentive to our needs. By far, Traci is the best property manager we have ever met.

I highly recommend The Residences at The Row.
