Hi!! I just moved into my beautiful apartment here at The Residences of Merrillville! And I absolutely love it. My apartment was in pristine condition with brand new carpet. The tiles looked brand new. Everything was So Clean. The community is quiet. But Friendly..as my neighbors welcomed me in. The Mall is just 5 minutes away and there are a lot of places to eat. I love the ceiling s. I love my patio door
.an actual door and not a slide through. I hope to stay for a long time!!

Love my apt. Quiet and clean .... friendly residents. I just wish they rethink the dumpster placements. A lot of the elder renters don't drive and can't walk that far w garbage. One in each parking lot would solve this. I've only lived here since October and this seems to be the major complaint among tenants I agree.

Such a fun atmosphere with antique signs and original hardwood floors. Their food is simplicity at its finest! I had their chili dogs and probably could have eaten 20 of them they were so good. This is a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch just remember to bring cash.

I enjoy living here. I have been living here since 2013 and all I can say is that like all places there are always problems but for the most part I think that the management here is doing a fine job of keeping this place up. For the most part the tenants here are good people and everyone does their part to keep this place nice..

I moved here and it's clean and quiet! Nice people smiling and laughing and sociable. It's like night and day from Gary INDIANA​. I don't have to walk through garbage to get into my building. I don't have to listen to crying women, kids or babies all day and night. Men are not cursing and fighting 24/7 inside and outside​. I'm too pleased!

Lived there 10 years ... at first Fantastic ! Since the first few years, 4 management changes, all for the worse... huge price increases past several years. Took over 7 imonths to clean dryer vent from outside as we chose more room vs balcony, so apartment humid as hades in winter AND summer. I think they just recently changed their name! I can't help but wonder why. When moved in , put a deposit to rent blinds.when one broke after 6 years ,they charged me for new blinds!!! What happened to "reasonable wear & tear". There's more,but you get the idea. Purchased a used mobile home in 25 miles South, for the equivalent of about 18 months rent a year ago ,even with lot rent hundreds less a year.

I love living hear. Very quiet wonderful neighbors. Everyone offers help to each other. If u lose something t always gets turned in to office. Loads of activities. Great office and maintenance staff. I love it here
