I'm a 72 years old woman who moved alone from Phoenix, AZ and had many challenges with the moving service. I was very impressed for the warm welcome of the staff. My sincere thanks to the manager Ivette and Ronnie who did the impossible to help me back in my feet again, all my questions (there were and are many...) were answered patiently and always happy to see me.
The apartments are brand new, very nice , spacious. My thanks to Scott who always wants to know if everything is all right. God bless the leasing team for their generosity and sincere desire to help us, the residents.

I toured Residences at Landon Ridge. I really liked the apartments and the amenities. They are brand new and the staff is very helpful and very positive. They have 1-2-3 bedroom floor plans and it is very hard to find 3 bedrooms.

If you go for a tour there one of their friendly and competent leasing personnel will help you. You will be impressed. One of the nicest in the area.

Applying to Landon Ridge has been a nightmare. I was initially promised a background check would be done within 3-5 days, but it’s been over two weeks with no updates or progress. Their constant assurances of daily updates were empty promises. This incompetence has cost me a small fortune—I've had to pay for hotels and make multiple trips from my current apartment in Dallas, all while waiting on them.

I eventually applied to the apartment next door (Redbird), where my background check was completed and approved in just one day. Landon Ridge now has my payment for the admin fee, which is non-refundable and a complete waste for nothing. Their reliance on an inexperienced third party for basic tasks like background checks is a huge red flag. I'm glad I discovered their lack of professionalism early on before committing to more issues.

Also, the property is still under heavy construction. Spare yourself the frustration and choose a place that values your time.

Update 09/07/24: Thank you for your response, but unfortunately, it only reinforces my frustration with how my application has been handled. It has now been over a month and a half, and I have yet to receive any updates or even a basic courtesy call regarding my application status. Every apartment complex has its policies, but waiting this long for a simple background check without any communication is beyond unprofessional.

In my experience with other apartments, including the one right next door where I was recently approved within a day, this delay is clearly due to inefficiency in your third-party screening process. Every other apartment I’ve applied to has reviewed and approved my application within a couple of days. Even your own team acknowledged over the phone that not receiving an update after two weeks was very unusual. Simply stating that "we have to follow the policy" does not address the lost time and money I’ve spent during this process.

You have taken my admin/application fee, and despite that, there has been no effort to provide clarity or accountability for the delay. Policy or not, waiting this long is not normal, and the lack of communication only adds to the frustration. I hope you reconsider how you manage applications moving forward to avoid putting future tenants through this experience.

I’ve been living here for a few weeks and I absolutely love it . I’m so happy with the management team and the apartment complex . The other residences that live here are so peaceful and quiet . Yvette is amazing . I went through my locator Sylvia and she was amazing and recommended me here and I couldn’t be happier .

We were able to move in within 1 week of applying and the front desk lady's were very helpful and answered any question we had due to this being our first apartment, definitely recommend considering this community to anybody looking for a place they have everything you need fairly close by and thanks to Nicole for helping us throughout the process!!

I move in and Ronnie (Veronica ) helps me in all the steps so professional and patient always so polite and with a smile the staff is very professional and helpful but Ronnie went behind to help and i just moved from Florida even though she communicated with me being in Florida and i can said i am official in my apartment and she deliver what she said thanks Ronnie for making thing easy and smooth and possible.
