Chase was super friendly and helpful. He answered a lot of our questions and went above and beyond by showing my wife and I different floor plans. Place was definitely upscale / upgraded than most apartments in the area. Chase even shared some incentives if we moved in early including discounts. Top notch facilities and customer service. No complaints.

He provided a thorough tour for me and my family, carefully listened to my list of requests, and found the perfect apartment layout and location within the community that fit my budget. Hands down with the maintenance team , Caesar and especially Mr. Jorge! He’s is super kind, very genuine, professional and helpful. He is always smiling and have a positive vibe. Mr. Jorge is amazing overall. And Ofcourse, the leasing office team are amazing too as always, especially Vanessa and Chase who are always ready to help, kind, courteous and approachable. You will find Escaya as your home because how nice and considerate all the staffs are.

The Residences at Escaya has been an amazing place for my husband and I! Being military we have moved around quite a bit but the ammenties and overall atmoshphere of this community is unmatched. The move in process was very straightforward and quick. Jorge and Caesar have been so kind and a huge help with anything we have needed without a moment of hesitation!!

We didn’t end up renting from Escaya but our experience has been very pleasurable. Chase did he best to make us feel comfortable and to not sell us short. I do believe the dog policy should be updated or a case by case basis cause I feel most places are losing business. I would still recommend this place if someone asked me about them. Keep up the good work Chase!

Absolutely love The Residences at Escaya! When I was moving cross country and searching for a new apartment, Chase made sure he did everything in his power to help me out. He gave a tour to my family members, listened to my list of desired requests for my new apartment, and was able to find me the perfect layout and location in the community that matched my budget. Chase and the rest of the staff have been very helpful ever since -- they certainly take care of their residents! In addition to the wonderful office staff, the maintenance staff have been very friendly and helpful. The community is beautiful, perfectly located if you're looking for a place to live in Chula Vista, and has great amenities and nearby shops. Highly recommend if you are hunting for a new place to live!
