1. When we saw the one bedroom floor plan on the website, it looked good for prices. However after we moved in the prices were not the same and we paid 1750-1800 a month, which is expensive. I reached out to management about the discrepancy and they stated the website was incorrect. I highly recommend people to be careful and thorough before moving here.
2. We had another issue pertaining to fire safety. My brother heard our neighbors yelling for us to leave the apartment due to the alarm that we are deaf. We had to really advocate with management here to get a fire alarm fitted for our needs in our apartment but it took them ages to put one in. We are deaf and this wasn’t a joke and crucially important for our safety and well being in the event of a building fire. The lack of urgency in dealing with this whole situation was very disappointing and honestly not acceptable

3. Parking is another issue. The spots are very small and in the evenings it’s always full. It took us 30 minutes at times to find an actual spot to park in.

If I could move at this very moment I would. Over the past two weeks there has been an infestation of ants in my apartment. I attempted to deal with it myself until Thursday when I put in a work order. when returning home on Friday I noticed my cieling was leaking. The next day as soon I woke up I went to the office and informed them of the leak and inquired about the work order in regard to the ants. The man I spoke to was very rude and refused to even turn from the computer to look at the pictures of the infestation or the video of the leak. There was absolutely no consideration to the fact that i have been eaten up, as have my dogs, by the ants. I was then told there was no work order for the ants, only to be told when I pulled it up on my phone that it has been closed due to my dog being out. I stated that in the work order I informed them that I had a dog who was out and it needed to either be handled on a Saturday or notify me ahead of time so I could take a morning from work and be there. I recieved no notification that they were even entering the apartment, which is a state law that mandates tenants be informed before ANYONE enters the apartment. I was told by him that they don't read the comments, and pest control only comes on Friday. Cool, so what about the leak? I was told to turn my ac off and someone would come by later to fix it. Shocker, no one did. I spent the entire weekend with no air conditioner before finally turning it on again last night. Once again I informed them through a work order and from our conversation in person that I need to be made aware before someone comes by and no such notice was given. When videoing with my father, he noticed that several of the baseboards are coming apart and have only been painted/cheaply caulked together to keep ants out. This apartment is run down and not worth the 1700 a month they charge. Do NOT EVEN CONSIDER THESE APARTMENTS.

1. People who pick up trash should make at least two rounds before going home. I understand the time zone of the trash pick up but I work a nursing shift. Sometimes they will come to the 1st floor at 7:30pm while I’m just now on my way. I put my trash out when I get to the apt around 8pm, and my trash is still there in the morning. I did not like that especially when I’m paying for that.

2. The parking is not my favorite here. I have to park at the church next door in hopes I don’t get towed just because there is no parking available for the residents. Rent is already expensive and has increased since January, not everyone can afford to pay and addition $30-40 or so just to park. If we don’t want to park in the parking garage that’s fine, there should be places for people to park for the people who don’t want to pay the additional amount.

3. Good news: my apt was nice and modern! I liked that. I like having the electrical key fob, along with the app on the phone rather than having an actual key! It is convenient.

Just recently moved in a couple weeks ago and wanted to share my move in process for anyone considering to make The Residences your home.
It’s been such a seamless process from beginning to move in day! Brendon was extremely helpful and genuine from the moment he gave us our community tour to handing over our keys. I always like to come prepared with several questions when touring and considering moving into a new place and Brendon was very thorough and patient with answering all of my questions. The online app and paperwork process was super quick and easy and Brendon would actively call us and let us know where in the process our application was in without me having to reach out first. His customer service is one of the top reasons we decided to move forward with this community. We’re so happy to be all moved into our new apartment.❤️

I looked at this place for months before moving and loved it UNTIL I MOVED HERE. I was double charged for my rent & nothing was done other than being told they would “credit my next months rent”. Then within 2.5weeks of being here my fridge went out, maintenance came and unplugged my fridge for the weekend leaving me with no food and all my food trashed. Upon reaching out to the manager instead of offering any sort of apology for the inconvenience as I run a home business doing cakes and all my supplies was RUINED she said fridges go out and they cannot credit me or offer anything she was rude and had an attitude and asked how I had keys to the leasing office as a resident…beyond unprofessional.

I have lived at this place for 3 years and I would never recommend anybody stay here.

My unit (A102) is right beside the pool and every single day the loud music and screaming penetrates my apartment. Despite numerous complaints, they have done nothing to solve this.

If you move into this specific unit be prepared for leaking in the bedroom. The water will come up from under the floorboards and it is absolutely filthy. They have no clue how to fix it. For years it leaked from the ceiling. If it rains heavy enough it still will. These apartments have so many hidden issues you'll never see until you live here.

I deal with constant caterpillars and spiders. They truly never end despite having the unit sprayed for bugs. I'm picking them up daily.

The fire alarms can and will go off at any hour of the night. Every bit of noise penetrates this apartment. I hear everything from engines and tires screeching from the garage to loud conversations in the hallway and everything in between.

Perhaps the worst of all has been the revolving door of front office people. I have seen so management teams come through this place in three years I have lost count. Once you sign your lease they'll never care about you. You're an annoyance to them. That's how I've been treated.

This place has definitely not been worth the price and I'm ecstatic about moving out soon.
