As a current/ soon to be former resident let me start by saying rent here at your own risk. I moved here from a nicer community for more space and immediately should have saw the red flags. On move in day I went to pick up the keys and was told the unit I was due to move into had a flood. But a much more expensive unit was available. Because we had already put in our notice and packed we took the expensive unit and paid the fees. They didn’t offer to reduce the rent, nor bother to call us that morning to let us know before hand what the situation was. To top it off after paying the fees we were then given a balance and when I called the rep I spoke to tried to say it was for unpaid rent. Sorry how is that possible when we paid what was on our move in papers? Fast forward to a little over a year and it had been a nightmare. There’s constant marijuana smells coming through the vents. It was so strong in my son’s room he literally stayed in the living room a few days. There’s residents running an auto sales/ mechanic shop out of the parking lot and smoking weed on their patios and in their vehicles. Parts have been take from my husbands car. His car has also been vandalized using the decorative rocks laying around the community. We file a police report and request they review the footage because there’s camera in the area and not one of them cared. Fast forward to Saturday 4/27 me and my husband come down to my brand new vehicle’s factory rims and tires being stolen and the vehicle left on bricks. The job was so perfect that we know it’s a pro who has experience with cars. Again we ask for a review of the footage and they refuse stating we have to pressure police to come out and review it. You’d think they’d care about their community and their tenants enough to check but I honestly do not believe so. We feel deeply it was a resident that lives within the community due to the fact that the vehicle was parked in the bright new LED lights in the parking lot but in the corner and there were 9 to 10 other vehicles with factory rims and tires before you would even get to my vehicle that were passed up. We asked for a garage previously but were told because the door doesn’t work on it then it wasn’t available instead of fixing it and making it available. Let me not forget about the pest issue. When I moved in I immediately moved all of the appliances and cleaned before putting away my things. I do this in every apt I ever move to because I know they don’t clean well. Well to my surprise there were piles of food underneath the oven and refrigerator with dead bugs. I cleaned it and that kept them away for about a year. Fast forward to the downstairs tenants moving I wake up and see a roach crawling out the crevice of the wall. I purchased perimeter spray, and roach motels but that did nothing. I did not put in a request because all they do is come and spray water. Also, our ac has leaked so bad it caused water damage to the ceiling, when they came to fix it something was done to where it makes a loud noise and smells like something is burning if left on. Hair was painted over in the bathroom walls in the shower, and my sons sink is clogged with black stuff coming out of the drain that looks like gravel. Please do your research. I would not advise spending your hard earned money here. All the other reviews are true.

UPDATE: we moved out and received a bill with false charges. Never hung a photo, and only thing we did hang was a TV in the living room. No damage to charge for, but we received a bill claiming we had pets in an effort to keep the deposit and charge extra fees. There was no pet damage to the carpet as we NEVER owned and pets. NEVER had any pets in the unit. Reached out multiple times as I have proof the carpet was not damaged. No response from them.

updating my past review because nothing has changed and has only gone downhill.

Recent reviews are from new tenants I’m assuming so I wanted to add some perspective of all the cons of this terrible place.

ROACHES . Everywhere. No matter how clean of a person you are.

Terrible matinence- and upkeep of the units in general. We moved into a very sad - broken apartment that still stays that way 6 months later. Despite requests sent in almost every week.

The management here is a joke. It took half of our lease to get a working dishwasher and at that it’s the least of our issues here. Please don’t waste your time with this place it’s truly a nightmare there’s many apartments in the area I’m sure you’d get more for your money with.

Update 1/1- my building and the ones surrounding are practically empty because many have moved ( good choice )- this place has not improved at all and new reviews are from fake accounts or new tenants - if you make the grave mistake of moving here , good luck Charlie

Gracias por estár pendiente de la percepción de los demás, soy nuevo y fui a visitar unos de los gymnasios, el que está detrás del edificio B2 todas las maquinas están destruidas, estaba desordenado, me puse a recoger las mancuernas y ordenarlas, las poleas de las maquinas están descarriladas, no tiene muchas opciones para hacer ejercicios de fuerza, me dirijí al otro gymnasio y ya estaba cerrado ? ?

I love my townhouse. The community is quiet and super convenient to the freeways. The office has community events almost every week which is super fun. And on the odd occasion that I've needed to go into the office the Assistant Manager Soraya has been super kind & helpful.
When I've needed maintenance work, Juan has been on top of it. Super thankful for him & his team.

Let me start this review by stating that the leasing manager Rachel made our leasing experience amazing BUT unfortunately the apartments were not what we were expecting...

To begin when we first moved in we realized that the ceiling had leak stains and the paint job in both the bathroom and kitchen was very poorly done. It smelled of mildew when we first walked in and the place overall looked nothing like what we were expecting. It looked rundown, old, and not welcoming. The closet always smelled like tobacco and it made our clothes smell and the worst part is that we have a baby. The second biggest issue with this place was the lack of safety. Gunshots, robberies, and overall police issues in the area and all we could do was wait it out until our lease finally finished. The third biggest issue we had was the lack of repairs to the unit we resided in. We had a leak that was ongoing for over 5 months and it wasn't until I went to the office that they decided to finally send someone over. They just painted over the mold and called it a day. Thank God we are finally out as it was a safety hazard and the office refused to let us break our lease, by threatening us in saying it would ruin our future chances of renting anywhere else as it would affect our history. The fourth and final biggest issue was we did not feel safe as we experienced a situation where a third party contractor let himself in to our apartment by obtaining a master key and I was in the bathroom and my baby was in the living room and they only knocked once and let themselves in without notice at all. I called the office and all they said was "they would talk to them", which was highly inappropriate and unsafe.

I wish I would have read the reviews first before moving in because each one has truth to them. They do have a roach problem, the apartments are old and not kept up, there is a lack of parking space, it smells like trash outside, they ignore maintenance requests, and overall if there was another choice go with another place!! I would not recommend this place to anyone for their safety and their health.

Going on 3 years and loving it. Fortunate to get the 2 story 2b2.5b. Rachael has always been helpful and available, you actually see change happen. Maintenance has always been respectful, considerate, and solve items in a timely manner. Always recommending the place to friends and family, and they are always impressed with the 2 story apartment lol.

I been living here for about 2 years and would like to say that their management department is nothing short of amazing. Big shout out to Soraya she so easy to get along with but be warned ;if you’re not careful she’ll brighten your day. But not only her, they all are so genuine and care about your best interest. I don’t regret being here. Yep resigning.

The day of our move in we found left over kitchen items in our unit. In one of the bathrooms there was red hair dye that had stained the tub. After a month the roaches started coming out, we did have the pest control come by but it didn't help much. There is several pot holes throughout the complex and there is an issue of cars double parking in two spaces to save it for someone else. Packages are never deliverable to the parcel pending, they do charge you a monthly fee. The unit itself is not bad but there is other issues. The gates also never work, either they are fixed for a week and the chain breaks or someone cuts it ... not sure. My neighbors window was also broken into one morning with glass on the floor. If you have a unit near the park... please save yourself since they will play loud music at random times including 6a.
