UPDATE: I was billed extra late fees bc I paid the amount the complex posted for me to pay, but that payment was not enough. Well, I was actually given 3 different reason for being billed an extra $120 after paying all posted charges on time.

This complex has decided to charge residents for paying monthly rent, and it's not optional. You cannot drop payments off in the office for free or pay online for free. The management has told untruths and been deceptive with me. The complex is not luxurious at all, and they do the bare minimum. The appliances are old. Garbage disposal shook the whole cabinet when I moved in. You would think that would have been repaired in btw leases, but it took about 6 mos or so for the repair. Ceiling fan didn't work when I move in which took about 6 or so mos to get fixed. Fridge and water heater have broken down in the 12 mos I've been here. Ac/heat doesn't regulate well. I had no running water in my apartment for a whole week and not on Christmas weekend. See photos, for apt 513, where they tried to tile over the linoleum. Probably was water damage b4. They didn't even do remediation with the water damage. No drying or changing out the sheetrock. Last insult is that they are trying to charge me rent for a whole month when I'm moving out 2 weeks into the month after telling me my rent would be prorated 'of course' is what Noah said. Good thing is, God will fight your battles on your behalf. Never lived somewhere so terrible. The apartment was not ready to move someone in with all these issues and they didnt care. Did an inspection even take place? My mistake was signing a lease in good faith expecting these things to be fixed within the 1st month. Some places it may not matter, but do not sign the lease without viewing the apartment at this complex. When I came to sign the lease, the maid was in the apartment cleaning as my tour was occuring. Still the apartment felt unclean. I miss being a homeowner.

Joy and Julia are amazing. They are always helpful and make living here a great experience. I’ve lived in other apartments and never found one that cared so much about the residents and seem to love their jobs. If your are looking for a place to live you should definitely check this place out.

Office staff rarely answer the phone. When they do, they give you attitude especially when we're asking for maintenance. Apartment repairs take forever. They care more about trying to find ways to charge us more money than fix issues in the apartment. Horrible cricket problem during August and September where crickets were getting in through the cracks in the door due to bad door seal. Seal was removed by maintenance and has yet to be replaced. Our drainage pipe next to the water heater clogged sometime in June and caused water to leak under the floor and seep through the floor. This wasn't fixed until 3-4 weeks later. Access panel hasn't been installed after months of requests to make clearing the clogged pipe easier. My roommates car was towed without notification that her tags had expired. They left a note on the windshield but not so much as a phone call to let her know. Won't be renewing lease.

Everything has been great! I just moved in 3 days ago, and all the managers and maintenance people are great! I haven't had any issues at all, and everyone is so quick to respond and help. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay!

I've been living here for a few months so far, and the newer management has been extremely helpful with any concerns I've had since moving in. Even got my mailbox keys and lock replaced and fixed within a day. They respond quickly (during business hours on weekdays) via text messaging. Plus they're having a super fun contest for halloween decorations on patios/doors, which would have never happened at my old apartment.

With mini heatwave, found out my AC needed service. Turned in service ticket along with three minor requests yesterday PM.
Nick and Kevin arrived with notice by 9AM.They divided tasks and were out by 9:30 with all completed correctly. They were friendly, interested in my details, and responsive. ... just like last year when something came up. Good training, good morale, good continuity. Another good reason I am in the 8th year in my apartment home

Ive lived here 2 months i like it. Joy and Julia have been very helpful and accomodating. They are always available to help with any issue, comments, questions, or concerns I have. My apartment is pretty big 2 bedroom and spacious. I like it here and I would renew when that time comes.
