La camera è ampia ed accogliente, tutto funzionale ma sopratutto pulito, molto comodo per l’università di Londra, la stazione della metropolitana è vicinissima. Comunque a piedi puoi raggiungere molti punti di interesse di Londra. Non ho usato l’angolo cottura perciò non mi esprimo sulla sua funzionalità.

This was a very nice PH unit, the floorplan a little rare but works for us. When we arrived was not everything Ok all the dishes was in the dishwasher, all the towels and some sheets in the washer machine. We were expected arriving late everything organized but was not. They leave only 1 towel per person we request another next day, pillows was very hard as the mattress too. We have plenty of boxes outside the unit that was not look good, I think they can do better the entrance and the access to the units. Master bathroom have a very high and for me a little dangerous tub. They need to fix few things like not toilet paper holder in the guest bath. Overall I will stay again and I recommend the place just they need to do a little maintenance to be perfect. For that reason I give them 4 stars. And I don't need to arrive and organize the dishes in the kitchen and the cloths from the washer.

Avoid this place at all costs. Location is great but we stayed recently and the apartment was filled with mould, the caulk around the bath was so thick it was obvious they just keep trying to hide the mould with more and more caulk, you could see the mould rising up behind it where the caulk went over the grout (harder to hide there). Only solution they offered was a diffuser. They also accessed the property without advising us, moving our stuff and adjusting the thermostat. Afterwards they tried to lie their way out of accountability for the state of the apartment.

My wife and I stayed at The Residen – Fitzrovia for two nights. It was a great stay because of its proximity to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. Importantly, the room had all the amenities we needed as a couple that occasionally cooks. The furniture and fittings were of a high standard which we appreciated as it added to the overall, positive experience. The housekeeping staff were especially helpful; Maria and her sister (forget her name) who helped us with our small but urgent requests promptly. I would definitely stay at this property again since we travel to the UK often.

The apartment is of the highest quality my full 3 nights stay was pleasant with a great nights sleep, very peaceful the views from my room were better than i expected and the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I have already booked here again in the summer for wedding anniversary. I would definitely recommend this place.

This 2-bedroom apartment is located in a very good and quiet area closed to UCL and British museum. It's very easy to travel around London. A few minutes walk to Tube station and many good bars, restaurants. Our room is big and clean. Will come back again.

Our family of 5 stayed at the Residen in a three bedroom flat for a week in early August 2022. We were very satisfied with the value we received. The Residen is sort of a cross between a hotel and a VRBO. There is not daily housekeeping or a front desk but you can get fresh towels and assistance when needed. If you do not need daily housekeeping or a concierge then the Residen will suit you just fine. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the kitchen. Had we stayed in two typical hotel rooms we would not have had a common area for the five of us to spend time together. The location in Fitzrovia we excellent at well. We would stay here again.

Customer service and managament incredibly rude and incompetent. We stayed at the Residen last week(5th Nov) We had booked 2 apartments, one being the penthouse. Normal check-in is 4pm but we had a show to get to at 5.30pm, so we arranged beforehand to arrive a little earlier and check-in at approx. 2pm. We spoke to the building manager 3days prior, and also on the morning of our arrival, to confirm our early check-in. The building manager assured us it was absolutely fine and both apartments would be ready at 2pm. When we arrived at approx. 2.30pm one of the apartments was ready, but the penthouse was not. This was not a huge issue initially as we were happy to wait in the first apartment for a short while. Unfortunately, the second apartment was not cleaned, or ready for us to enter until 5pm! An hour after the normal check-in time! The cleaning staff were polite, the building manager was not onsite - so harder to deal with, but we wanted the issue addressed afterwards. We were offered late checkout the next day, but we had to leave by 10.30am, so that made no difference. The manager assured us someone would contact us about the lateness of the room. We are still trying and waiting for someone to get in touch! It's very disapointing in terms of the service we have recieved. We were late to our booking that evening, as we only got into our apartment at 5pm! It's just not what you expect from a professional and competent business. We have spoken to another manager, "Deepak', he didn't even apologise for the issue or acknowledge any wrong doing. I would NOT recommend this place, due to the highly inadequate service/management.
