Stayed here on our trip across the USA. My first impressions were WOW this place is magnificent and it lived up to that expectation. The room was beautiful, and the host were most welcoming. A very nice breakfast is included. Nice outdoors area and plenty of room to relax. Coffee and snacks available. Highly recommended and if you are in close proximity in your travels make it your choice of accommodation. To Durr & Jolynn thanks for the hospitality.

My husband & I love staying in B&B's! We stayed here for my husband's birthday & our Anniversary! It's in Parker Colorado and you feel like you are in the mountains! Very peaceful, relaxing, welcoming & clean! The house & grounds are amazing. Jolynn, is an excellent Host & cook! What a perfect setting for weddings! Our room, was the Roost, had a walk out basement. The fountain and waterfall, was right outside our room! I love the farmhouse decor!

We have stayed here when traveling to the Parker area on several occasions and can honestly say this is a very special bed and breakfast. The hosts do an excellent job and have always been very attentive and accommodating to us. The breakfast is delicious and is usually different every day. We found that they are extremely accommodating with our special breakfast times and dietary restrictions. We recommend this place for anyone looking for that special getaway!

We had a fantastic stay here, the hosts were amazing, super friendly. We stayed over Christmas season and the house was decorated to the max, really got us in the spirit. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful property. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We loved the Red Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast, it was conveniently close to Bonnie Blue's Event Venue where our son was recently married. It was perfectly perfect, a place to get-away and relax. |We stayed in the Brooke Room which had it's own private bathroom, a couch to sit and watch tv, or to play well stocked games, etc. |We highly recommend anyone who just wants to enjoy the peace and quiet and see the beautiful stars in the evening, this is the place to come to.

This was my first stay at a bed and breakfast. I'm always apprehensive eating at someone else's house even if they know my allergies but my fears were quickly settled. The breakfasts were fantastic and she catered to both gluten free and dairy free parties. The beds were very comfortable and the room size was huge!!! Though you aren't allowed to cook due to county ordinances, we were allowed us to store food in specific fridges and use the microwaves. Walking around the area is beautiful but my favorite thing was waking up in the morning to pray the rosary and read a book while listening to their man-made stream.

The owners were friendly and passionate about making your stay wonderful. The owner loves what they do. The rooms were unique and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Snacks and coffee were great. The grounds and waterfall were great to sit and relax on comfortable sitting chairs. The site had a lot of stairs. Not the best for people with limited mobility. Thanks for the memorable stay.
