Ho soggiornato con amici in un appartamento in questo grande complesso adibito a residence. Innanzitutto abbiamo scoperto che il tizio che affittava tale appartamento non avrebbe potuto farlo perché la direzione del posto vieta il subaffitto tramite piattaforme quali arbnb o Booking. Comunque gli appartamenti sono ampi e confortevoli, peccato che per raggiungere la piscina e la spa sia una impresa in quanto il posto è enorme e scarse sono le indicazioni lungo i corridoi e negli ascensori. La zona di downtown inoltre è da anni afflitta dalla presenza di senza tetto che seppur innoqui nella maggior parte dei casi danno comunque un senso di insicurezza.

Management sucks. Homeless shit inside the buildings. Useless security patrolling. Elevators always breaking. Key fobs always out of batteries. Garage doors always breaking down. Packages never being delivered because of a lack of doorman when you need a key fob to enter building. Package lockers charging you late fees when the package hasn’t even been in holding for 24 hours. Packages never being lockers always breaking down.

During my stay orsini Apartments, the fire alarms constantly went off. Homeless people constantly enter the building and security is often rude to tenants. I’ve also waited over a month and a half for a mailbox key replacement and kept going back to resident services for weeks. Prior to moving out I did a walk through with maintenance about what needs to be fixed which was two walls and a ceiling. Two walls were painted and the ceiling allegedly had smoke damage in a bed room I’ve never smoked in. I went out and brought the paint maintenance suggested and I primed and painted the apartment so I can get what was left of my security deposit. I received a bill at my new place for change of color and ceiling damage after going in and painting . I’m also a former professional painter . I’ve been going a hard time to receive my security deposit even though I provided proof of me painting the apartment which took my 5 hours. These apartment don’t care about the residents all they care about is money. This is after 3 years of paid on time rent, no disturbances and doing everything required after a move out. I don’t recommend anyone move into these apartments if you wanted to be treated fairly

I just moved in at the beginning of August and have already encountered a multitude of issues with neighbors that are absolutely terrible. One neighbor allows his dog to pee and poop in the hallway and was comforted about it and started to threaten me . Then the neighbors across from us have random foreign men going in and out at all hours and they decided to start ringing our doorbell and trying to open our door . I have small children and I’m pregnant. I already want to move out . We’ve made complaints ( not one email was read ) provided video proof and security also did nothing! Security here is a bunch of young men that just walk around doing nothing . Random people come into the build (orsini one) there’s zero security cameras in the hallways and people leave their trash outside their doors for days !! Do not move into this place I can’t wait until my lease is up . There’s zero security cameras in the garages so cars get broken into and they claim zero fault . Management dismisses issues and leaves AI like responses under these reviews. My family and I do not feel comfortable leaving our apt now because we’re getting harassed by the neighbors across from us . Nothing gets done to resolve security concerns.

2nd time posting. Once again my issue with my neighbors across the hall is still antagonizing me and my family family. Which is about 6-7 people living there. I have Video proof on our ring camera of a man coming out his apartment and standing in front of my door at 11:30pm facing my ring camera rubbing his face as if he wants to something. We never did anything or said anything to our neighbors for this to happen. I’ve sent in video proof , still pictures etc to show management what’s been happening and I don’t feel safe. It’s been happening for some weeks now. I’ve got no update from the resident service management or team about this incident. I’m documenting everything that occurs with this so there’s valid proof. It seems as though legal actions are going to have to be put in place along with city getting involved

This was my second attempt to have a tour at the Orosini. The first one was cancelled without explanation. The second one was today at 1:30 PM. They assigned us to an agent (Suheyla Ali) but the agent never showed and never communicated with us. we waited over an hour in their lobby as they took walk in’s before anyone helping us. When we questioned why a walk in was helped and not us first they said it is due to the way they do business. Big flaw in management. I will definitely not be coming back again. This was a clear indication that we should stay away.

Have been living here for over a year and these apartments are terrible. They are poorly run, the building is super old and out dated, the insulation and wiring inside the building is terrible. The fire alarm sounds like you are in a prison riot. There is a HUGE roach problem that the complex is currently ignoring.
I have put in multiple service request that have gone ignored. I would NOT recommend moving into these apartments at all.
