The Manor has recently changed management. With a change of management, just like any place, it takes some time to get situated and work on the things that were left to them.

That being said, the staff has been SUPER friendly, & helpful where they can at this moment.

To mention, Stan & Carlos have been superb when it comes to maintenance, Victoria is ALWAYS on her game. The friendly smiles in the office are contagious.

At then end of the day, this place is home. The high ceilings, amenities, sauna & LOCATION are incredible. Don’t get to caught up in the small picture, give the team some time and these irregular complaints will go out the window. ?

The worse place to live. The hallway air conditioning hasn't worked in over 3 months, there is mold in the apartments, dirty, the garbage chute backs up over the weekend, homeless people living in the empty apartments porch, no security cameras, the doors from the garage to floors and stairways don't lock properly, maintenance takes forever to fix things, old appliances and the list goes on. The place was nice until the new owners took over.

UPDATE: I am lowering my review from a two star to a one star... The management's apathy is not fun to deal with.

Be warned - management doesn’t seem to care about you.

Packages: management does not seem to care that packages are constantly being stolen. Even when you use Fetch (which they charge you for even if you don’t want to use it), packages at your door will get stolen. I’ve emailed them constantly about this since June and they will continue to just say “we are working on it.” Clearly, they aren’t working on anything.

Communication: Management likes to tell you they are working on issues without actually taking action. They don’t respond to emails about the package issue anymore. There is zero communication with the residents about anything. The phone system also doesn’t work after hours. They will just close the office for no reason with no communication.

Safety: they are clearly violating a fire safety code by having exit signs above locked doors… imagine being trapped in a fire trying to exit, following the signs, and then being led to a locked door. That’s a HUGE liability and safety concern. But I told them this already and they didn’t care. They also stopped using a security guard. No wonder people have the audacity to commit theft here all the time.

Cleanliness: Dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs so there is constantly dog poop in the stairwells.

The gym: isn’t open early enough for a lot of people. For me, it’s fine, but I’ve heard many residents complain about this.

The good: the actual apartment unit is nice (luckily we didn’t get mold in ours like some others) and quite large. The pool is great and maintenance is responsive. The location is overall good and walkable. It’s a shame that management is making the experience of living here so negative.

This place is the prime example of putting lipstick on a pig. Moved here last year and after new management months ago, it just isn't the same. Lack of security, constant ac issues(as in..no ac in the middle of summer for months), maintenance takes forever. I've had no working toilet for days now and our oven door took over 2 weeks to even hear a peep out of anyone? Homeless everywhere in the garage or around the community...The gated or "locked" doors are always unlocked. Garage door into the community is usually up... for nearly $3,200 a month it's not worth it.

Update 2 weeks later: Toilets are broken AGAIN and still being ghosted by maintenance and the front desk for OVER A WEEK?! Imagine living without a working toilet in your unit for weeks...?

I’ve been living in The Manor since April 2023 and have mostly had a decent experience overall. We are in a 7th floor unit (top floor) and had issues with our ceilings leaking during storms in both bedrooms and our living room. The issue was “fixed” by a vendor in April. Unfortunately, after another storm we had leaking in the same three areas which damaged furniture and left puddles of water on our floors.

On 11/14 we informed The Manor of the leaking and were told a vendor would be there to repair the damage once the rain had stopped. It’s now 12/12 and the repairs have yet to start and another rain storm is on the way which will again cause leaking. I understand that it takes time to fix issues such as this, however it is extremely uncomfortable to sleep in a room with water falling near and onto my bed, brown stains on the walls, and the potential for mold. For paying $1500/mo., I’m pretty disappointed with the whole experience due to the lack of compensation or effort to assist.

Update 2/27/24: repairs have unfortunately not begun and my bedroom still has the visible water damage.

Update 5/30/24: we moved out. Water marks are still on the wall. No clue if they repaired the roof or not.

Update 10/11/24: Unfortunately my roommate and I have yet to receive our security deposit since moving out in May. With the change in management, it somehow complicated the process of issuing security deposit checks and we were told we would have to wait an extended period of time for ours. We've made several attempts in person and over the phone to get this settled, however the saga continues almost 5 months later. It's frustrating when your money is in a void that nobody can seem to find.

STAY AWAY!!!!
i been living in complex apartment for the last 8 years of my life and never faced anything like that!
In the past, Manor Apartments weren't the worst, but since RPM Living took over a few months ago, it's become a living nightmare.

The hallways have been sweltering for a month with broken A/C, and management offers nothing but empty promises while our apartments struggle to keep up. To top it off, my own A/C has been broken out and my unite extermaly hot with 70% humidity! Called the office and spoke with Victoria about that, but seems that no one care so i had to sleep somewhere else instead of in my $2,500 one bedroom apt!!!

More than that, the parking garage gate is constantly broken, and can be leading to break-ins and stolen cars. Management refuses to take responsibility and won't even hire a temporary security guard for $12 an hour!

They sprung a non-functional payment portal on us last minute, forcing us to pay rent by check – with barely any notice.

Also, residents smoking all around me, my apt smell like ash tray most of the time.

Update, i got this noisy machine because i have 80% humidity in my apt and mold start to form.. great solution just the problem i paying the bills. Still can’t breath, and now can’t sleep quality.

Listen to these reviews, do not move to The Manor (no matter how much money they are offering off, it's not worth it).

Since the new management took over about 3 months ago, everything about this property has gone down. Here are a few of the issues we face daily:

-No air in hallways and elevators for 10+ weeks
-Mold in hallways, on doors and inside units
-Management does not respond to emails
-Maintenance requests do not get resolved unless you call and harass them daily
-Elevators are not up to code and have not been serviced in who knows how long
-Trash shoot gets backed up every weekend

Kam is the most insightful leasing agent I have ever come across. She is informed about the property as well as the surrounding community. The Manor at Flagler Village is a clean and safe property. The apartments are huge and updated. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. The leasing process is smooth and easy. Kam, will make sure moving into The Manor at Flagler Village is the most painless experience you have.
