A beautiful property, the views reminded us of Tuscany. Tony and Pat were gracious and attentive hosts. The breakfast each morning was inventive, delicious and varied. Would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed here for the three nights immediately following our wedding and it was a perfect experience. The rooms are comfy, the grounds are peaceful and relaxing, and the location was conveniently nestled between good restaurants and wineries. There are only 4 casitas on the premises and, although they were all occupied when we stayed, we never ran into any other guests and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves! The pool is gorgeous and quiet, and the breakfast made by Pat and Tony each morning was absolutely delicious. I would absolutely come back to stay at the Casitas again and highly recommend this bed & breakfast to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the Central Coast.

The Casitas of Arroyo Grande are our favorite place to stay in the central coast. All of their rooms make you feel like you are a guest in someone's beautiful ,early California/Spanish home. We love getting up in the early morning and watching all the birds. It's so peaceful & relaxing. Pat & Tony are the most gracious hosts and the gourmet breakfasts are so delicious!

Breathtaking vistas from our room. Private, quiet, perfect spot to relax.

The Casitas are a wonderful relaxing place for a getaway. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful flowers and gardens surround your own personal patio and each room has a nice inviting fireplace. Pat and Tony are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts, brought to your patio are amazing. We will be back.

We just spent 4 nights at the Casitas. What a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday! We love the comfortable bed and our own private patio with a gorgeous view of the surrounding area. The gourmet breakfasts & good coffee are such a treat on our patio. We love to bird watch & listen to the near by quail. Pat & Tony are so friendly & accommodating. They often suggest restaurants & places for us to eat & walk/hike. The near by village of Arroyo Grande is a great place to stroll & shop. We'll definitely be coming back.

My husband and I loved our stay! Pat and Tony were super lovely. We stayed in the Cielo room, which I highly recommend. The Cielo room feels very secluded and private. The location is so calm and peaceful. We had a really pleasant balcony. Breakfast was excellent and served every day!

The Casitas is a unique property with lovely individual rooms with fireplaces. The extensive woodwork and Spanish tiles compliment the views over the Arroyo Grande valley. Pat and Tony were attentive but we had plenty of privacy. The breakfasts were wonderful. We look forward to coming back!
