Came to Ken's property for a 3 day event and it was my 1st time in Denver in about 20+ years. Had an opportunity to stay in the Blue Room upstairs.

Ken and crew are some of the most hospitable people you will ever meet as well as fun people.

The home is huge (3 levels) and there's lots of fun and unique items in their home. I definitely would stay there again!

Ken’s b&b is beautiful and guests have access to a lot of room downstairs. Me and my partner enjoyed the garden room and felt very welcomed by Ken and Jen (and Oliver). Ken served us breakfast in the morning and was very hospitable. I definitely recommend staying there for a unique experience.

I promise you want to stay here, no matter why your in town. Floors are heated, breakfast made for you, beautiful views and hosts that are so sweet! Worth every penny! We will be back!

Stayed for one night before flying home to Devon. Amazing location, lucky enough to see a stunning sunset. Lovely house, very friendly, easy going hosts, great breakfast. Would highly recommend

What started out as an honest mistake turned into a wonderful experience!! The owner of the property was awesome! He was very accommodating to our mix-up! He went above and beyond for us! We have so much appreciation for him! Housekeeper could've been a little friendlier, but Oliver definitely made up for it! Sweet little pup. I highly recommend it!! You won't be disappointed! The vibe is amazing!! We'll be back for sure! Thank you again, Ken! It means the most. - crazy large family from nebraska

Ken was absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful property and fantastic breakfast. Oliver is an absolutely joy that just adds to the experience. Wish we had longer.

This is one of our favorite places. We really enjoy the open space around and being in a location that isn't stacked up right next to some place else. The accommodations are top notch, the services is well above par while still maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
