Been trying to get my 13 year old flooring replaced for some time now, to no avale. I usually do my own repairs and maintenance due to the length of time. I'm about to buy my own refrigerator because of the run around I'm getting.

I was on the waiting list for atleast 3 years I finally come to be next for them to tell me I don’t qualify because I make to much how do I make to much when there’s people with 2 3 cars teslas Mercedes and me a single father of two make to much now that’s crazy

If you want to get a wink of sleep I would recommend not moving here. The walls are thin and the neighbors are loud with no regard for those below or beside them in the complex. The manager doesn't manage anything around here just has favorites who she deems above the rules. Kids are constantly in the streets unsupervised and hitting walls, windows, and anything they can.

Manager a cop calling hypocrite her family smokes and Jonathan upstairs in the back of the apartment complex I have Jonathan on recording that the manager said he could smoke on the premisses lol I show it to the cops because she's was always calling the cops on me on and just gotta pay attention to the stuff her family doing they bbq in the patio's because half of the manager family lives in those apartments the manager Yadira is petty, slum lord, childish, not professional at all or her family

It's ok but they don't have vector control. And to get things done to repair something you need to do it yourself. Good thing is they allow pets if you have them.

Does anybody know when these apartments were built was it back in the 80’S or lates 90’s I here some of these units are hunted heard there has been a murder in one of the units and couple deaths
