We had our wedding at the ranch a few weeks ago. The venue and ranch are beautiful and the wedding turned out great! Dave the groundskeeper is very helpful but dealing with Natalie the property manager was very difficult. She is not good with communication, such as telling you one thing and then changing her mind last minute, and is very unprofessional with the business and financial side of things when it came down to our rental/payment. We would recommend this site for events but would highly recommend that if you are doing a big event like a wedding be warned that Natalie will not be easy to deal with.

The Rockin Y Ranch was a perfect venue for our Celebrate Your Spirit retreat! Our guests and teachers loved the property with beautiful wild flowers, stone masonry, statues, & landscaping. The 8 bedroom house is decorated comfortably with everything needed (& I mean everything!), & the fun party barn where we offered classes is perfect for large groups. Natalie is an absolute joy to work with! We found her service to be above and beyond what we've experienced with other property managers. The Rockin Y is our go-to spot in Austin for hosting large groups, parties, reunions, retreats, and even for a private getaway close to town. Thank you Natalie & everyone at the Rockin Y for creating this amazing place and for sharing it with us!

Beautiful location, very spacious and close to downtown. Dave the grounds keeper was top notch too! A must for a big Bachelor or Bachelorette parties.

This is truly a unique venue. We stayed here for a work meeting, but the place would be a blast to spend a weekend with friends. A true old style ranch feel to it.

Beautiful location. The venue could be so much more than it currently is, requiring a deep cleaning of the residence, new linens and towels, and more attention to detail throughout.
