We loved living here! From move-in to move-out, the staff always kept us in the loop of what was happening around the complex and would be super thorough in answering any questions we had.

Our dog loved playing at the dog park, which was well maintained. We also rented out the clubhouse to throw a surprise graduation party, and all of our guests loved it!

We would’ve stayed, but wanted to downsize from a 3bd & save a little bit more money!

Thank you Juana and Alexia for such a great experience.

Moved to Fresno from Seattle. Lived here for 2 years/right when the property opened. It's a great place to live. The homes were nice. The property management was incredible. They were communicative; maintenance was amazing.

I could control my garage door from my phone and apple watch. I could also control heat/AC, lights, and my door. I LOVED these features.

Cons: the cost to rent for the area. The contractor that built this property were clearly trying to get it done ASAP. There was stucco on all my windows, the floors had pain on them from the walls, the blinds had pain on them. Overall, I'd still live there if the rent wasn't so expensive. It was up to $2150 when I moved out for a 1 bedroom (if I signed a year-long contract), otherwise it was $2500 to rent month-to-month.

Rock Ranch Luxury Apartments have been the BEST place I’ve lived since arriving to California. I’m originally from Texas, so it was a bit of a transition to find a home. My wife and I rented at Cascade Apartments which was a NIGHTMARE! Rock Ranch has been such a relief from a horrible experience prior at Cascades. You paid the same amount of money and the luxury is by far exactly that!

The front desk ladies Alexia and Christian are beyond empathetic, caring, and professional with all of our needs. They remember names of the residents which goes a long way especially in an apartment complex. They are quick to resolve any issues you may have and follow up with you if need be every step of the way. They truly have the skill sets to do what they do everyday for us guests and some!

The location is absolutely perfect as you’re surrounded by stores, but just enough to provide you the privacy you want. I have even here since July and it will take ALOT to get me to leave. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

The staff is incredible and so kind, I love chatting with them and they are extremely helpful and respectful. The grounds are well maintained and if I ever have an issue with my apartment, maintenance has been quick to help! I was nervous about moving to the United States but living here has given me peace of mind and helped me feel comfortable! Thank you Juana and Christian for always being so great all the time!

I think there is no better place to live than this in Fresno. Community is safe, clean and management is super proactive with providing services and repair works (if any) and also very professional.

Ambiance is very great and apartments itself are super awesome in every sense and is equipped with good appliances.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Do NOT move here. These are overpriced units that aren't worth what they're charging for FRESNO, California. Yep, you'll pay over $2,000 a month to live in Fresno, CA. Being gated means nothing, because we still had our bicycles stolen and items from our garage. When we informed the police and office, they asked if we left the garage open. We did not.

We talked with another resident who said the garages were opening by themselves, and to ask for a replacement key fob. Once we did, the door has been staying shut.

The security company you'll be paying for here? Yeah, they cover about 4-5 blocks, and good luck if you think they'll help during any sort of crime. So you're paying for nothing there basically.

Also, we were told that the giant cockroach in our bathroom was a water bug. I know a cockroach when I see one and what I'm telling you is this: you'll pay over $2,000 for cockroaches. Never thought I'd live somewhere and pay that price tag to still get cockroaches.

Also, if you enjoy sleeping at night don't move here. You can hear everything your neighbors do -- EVERYTHING. You can hear them slamming closet doors, the front door, the patio door. You can hear their kids at 2:00 a.m. banging all night. These are not noise friendly. So if you're a light sleeper, have a 8:00-5:00 job, or just genuinely don't want to hear every little thing your neighbors are doing, don't move here.

One of the last straws is their electric company. So they go through Conservice. Well, Conservice didn't tell the company or the residents that they'd be withholding charges, and then put all the withheld charges to the end of the year. So right when the holidays come about, you get hit with a $1,200 electric bill FOR AN APARTMENT.

Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else because you'll still be stolen from and have cockroaches.

They’ll also do everything they can to take your security deposit, so make sure to take pictures and videos.

Terrible front desk. No manners and always excuses for everything. Being a gated community and living in back of apartment car gotten broken into despite being gates. Overpriced rent for gross coakroches everywhere. Better off staying at Brookside apartments or somewhere else. Unreasonable rent and god forbid you want to stay few extra months would chatge $1000 on top of rent. Extremely disappointed

Honestly one of the worst places. Luxury is a lie. When we moved in they said things would be done in 2 months (i.e. pool and workout room). Moved in in August and things still weren't done by the time we decided to move out in April. The workout room was barely finished in February/March and the pool was still unfinished. When calling for maintenence, I would have to call several times before anyone would come to fix things. When appointments were scheduled with staff and management, they would "forget" and not show When I took time off work to meet with them. Christian was probably the only saving grace about the place. Garages were always broken. And even though they charge an arm and a leg, do not expect to get your deposit back even when you've barely lived in the place. Lots of things would break easily and there were some things that were structurally wrong. For example, the lock on our front door (which was automatic) would never work. Our dishwasher came out of its socket after living there for 4 months, and trash was always everywhere around the dumpsters. They did not communicate that the landscapers schedule had changed so our yard looked disgusting and i had to do maintenence (which i wouldnt mind, but if im paying for landscaping why am i the one doing it?) They also shut off the water one time and we received no warning or response to our texts or calls (me and my neighbor tried contacting them) until the end of the day. They stated the water would be back on within and hour and it was not back on until several hours later. I would stay away if you could. The price was not worth it. You might as well save up for a house and live somewhere cheaper and established.
