Guillermo is the most wonderful person to deal with. He is professional, reliable and prompt. His work crew is amazing and get along with one another beautifully. My house was flooded by a severe storm and I needed multiple repairs. Guillermo took care of everything for a very fair price. I recommend him with the highest confidence.

Don’t EVER rent from this company. We’ve had issues from the first week of moving in starting with a sewage flood that resulted in the carpets having to be replaced in all three rooms and us having to live with the dirty carpets for 4 days. The incomplete clean up has resulted in black mold growing through the wall of my kids closet. They will take their sweet time approving any requests and do not care about their tenants in the slightest. Their process is ridiculous and lengthy to get anything done. We’ve put in 22 work orders in the 5 months that we’ve lived here. 19 of those should have been addressed before we even moved in. We also have 6 open tickets that have been “pending approval” for weeks now.
The foundation is also compromised resulting in cracks in nearly every wall including the beam that holds our ceiling fan.
We’ve been faced with hazardous living conditions from the start. A pregnant person and a toddler reside here and this company is completely removed and unreachable outside of their dispatch (who are not paid enough to care or be nice).
The only reason this company is still in operation is because their residents cannot afford to sue them.

A great company. Very professional from full on ground up renovations to minor projects like a kitchen or bath, this team knows what they are doing and how to do it right! They renovate thousands of homes a year for a large Single Family Rental portfolio, so they can leverage that buying power to make sure you get the best value for your next project!

I know that when most people think of leasing companies words like efficient, timely, and friendly don't come to mind. Which was similar to my expectations when calling in a maintenance request to ResiHome. I have to say that I couldn't be more satisfied with how the experience went. They responded promptly to my request for maintenance, and were able to schedule it way sooner than I would have expected, given the time of year. The technicians were on-time, friendly, and efficient. A great experience.

Awful!! Called in an emergency request Thursday evening 11/10/22 for an active roof leak that is leaking into my master bedroom causing ceiling damage. They said the would send someone to tarp the roof that evening. No one showed after multiple phone calls. The roof leaked all night. Call 11/11/22 and they inform me that their is an appointment sent with a vendor to come out and look today at 5pm but was never given this information till I called at 3:30 pm for a follow up. Again they never showed up call at 6:30 their team gives me the run around stating she will call the vendor and return my call. No one ever called my fiancé calls he was told an hour after I called they were still on the phone with the vendor but couldn’t give me the vendors name and that they’d call us back. Still no call I call yet again and get the same response that’s the other person is still on the phone regarding our EMERGENCY WORK ORDER. And they are dispatching someone and they are still on the phone with the vender and no information could be provided they will call us back. No one called and no one came out again. This isn’t the first work order either that hasn’t been fixed.

This company is the biggest joke and will not show up for maintenance repairs that they are required to show up for.

ResiPro completed maintenance work in a professional and thorough manner at the ResiHome rental property into which we recently moved. There were a few significant issues because the house had been vacant for a long time. Their maintenance techs communicated well and were polite, competent, thorough and professional. Their telephone customer service reps were also very helpful, empathetic and professional. I am very pleased that they took care of the issues, and overall I am very pleased to be renting from ResiHome. Everything is working perfectly at this time. Thank you, ResiPro and ResiHome.

Pros: Photo requirements are simple and the software is straight forward.Very transparent company they are very straight forward.

Cons: In New York the managers are very unresponsive so most of the time your guessing what to do. which can cost money in loss. Also you are very easily replaceable and they keep reminding you about it. Once you do a small mess up they threaten to shut down your vendor. They are not looking for relationships or anything long term they just want to get there orders closed out as fast as they can. They keep looking to cut your bids because they know they have so many vendors who can do it cheaper . Mangers use very harsh words like "Chargebacks" so you do what they want right away. Very unprofessional.

The prices sometimes are very low too they wanted to give me $60 to change a faucet including the new faucet material. They are very big into low balling you. They know you are desperate for work

Conclusion: If your looking to work in NY I would highly recommend not choosing this company. They are excited at first when you are a new vendor but once something even small goes wrong they get upset at you and just dump you. Its only a short term relationship and if you think about it why would they be hiring you if they are caring for contractors? shouldn't they be too full to hire anyone else? Simple.

There are many smaller companies out there that you can make more money with and they will keep you long term.

Highly Recommended if you want to be left without A/C for over a week in 90+ degree weather! J.R Powers Gonzalez is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with..Just Kidding, he refused to speak to me when I called to ask for an update because he couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. Everyone at that ResiPro office are on different wave lengths and no one has any idea of what is going on with maintenance requests. How is this even a company which is still going? ResiPro and ResiHome are of the same breed and just as bad as each other. If you are thinking about going with them, just don’t.
