RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!!! I’m a veteran with disabilities who moved cross country from California to Florida to get to my “new home” dirty and unsafe. Grease and mildew in the kitchen and bathroom. Damaged walls and marks everywhere and possibly even dried blood on the door. And so much more. I’ve been waiting to hear back from my supposed property manager Taylor who hasn’t bothered to call me. I trusted this company to have my home ready and now I have to clean everything for the movers to unload.
UPDATE: Nothing was handled professionally and the home was unsafe. I had to pay for my movers to be rescheduled and moved to a different location which delayed it to the end of the month. As a veteran with multiple disabilities including mental health disabilities, I was not accommodated accordingly and was only offered to have the house deep cleaned. This had caused a severe ptsd episode and many manic episodes to follow. When finally doing a walk through with the assistant property manager Desirae, I asked what guidelines and regulations they followed for inspections, I was told they didn't have any. That they are trained to just check if it's clean and for doors/windows to open and close. When showing first safety hazard of the glass screen door being held together by a bent rusty nail the associate expressed she was not trained to look for that. When expressing safety concerns for the master window that did not stay closed shut and had to be forced to close, I was told it just had to open and close even if you had to force it. The property also has a red ant infestation front the front of the house to the garage and all of the backyard. This company put me and my service animals at risk. Taylor and Desirae, y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Will NEVER rent from this company again. Home was filthy at move in. Pet feces in the house, cat liter, broken appliances, dirty HVAC, yard was not maintained or cleaned prior to us moving in. The entire house had to be recleaned. Property manager has been great, but maintenance requests need to be approved before they can do anything. Waiting for a mold test and HVAC cleaning. Unresponsive at the ResiHome office. Esther in maintenance is friendly and great…. But she can only do so much from her end… she wasn’t the one who is responsible for getting the property ready for a new tenant. Still waiting to hear back from 8/8/24. No one answers the corporate number for existing residents… they answer right away when you call interested in renting a home. I hope they resolve the issues. If we lose any of our security deposit we will hire a lawyer.

Instead of them fixing the problem they forced us to move out and lied and said the backyard had to be dug up.
They don't care about you they don't care about your family I'm leaving to this home in the middle of my lease. I moved into this home in June and I have been nothing but problems every time it rains it floods. It developed by mold in the home my 1-year-old has a hard time breathing now because of the black mold. Went to court to try to Sue and they lied and lied and lied. 90 Montego circle Riverdale GA this the p property address please you have been warned I tried to make sure that they had to fix every problem in the home but I see that they didn't I had a contractor come out to the home and code enforcement due to the water coming up from the ground. Maintenance request..

I have had an extremely negative experience with Resi Home. It has been almost three months since I moved into one of their properties, and they have consistently failed to address the existing maintenance needs of the house. Despite repeatedly calling them to remind them of the issues, they remain unresponsive and incompetent.
They send people who attempt to fix problems by simply gluing metal racks together, leaving trash in your place, and making inadequate repairs. This is only one example among many of their poor service and lack of professionalism.
Their overall management and customer service are severely lacking. I cannot recommend Resi Home to anyone considering their services.

We began renting from ResiHome earlier this year and have loved our experience so far! The home is gorgeous and located in a great area. Our property manager, Danielle Drye has been fantastic to work with. Anytime we have questions, she is always kind and prompt in her response. When a maintenance request is needed, ResiHome promptly provides a solution (most of the time within the same day.) We have also loved the renter portal which makes paying our rent remarkably seamless. Overall, we’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend ResiHome!

A/C filter needed changing & in order to change it the maintenance men had to unscrew the machine and go under the wires to remove the previous filter, which they advised that had told the company that it would be an issue for tenants later. They were able to circumvent so that I could can he the filter without worry of being shocked in the future. I received a bill of $200 for them to fix an issue that was here when I moved in. The water heater was also tagged as inoperable by the gas company until it was fixed. Instead of fixing it they lit the pilot and told me that it was good to go. I contacted ResiHome and they stood by charging me for issues that were of the home prior to my move.

Moved my family in, and we didn’t have a dishwasher for about a week. Which was okay. The agent who we were working with 1st ended up helping us get the issue handled. Everything was okay up until the about the 4th month. The house was shot at because of the previous renters beef or whatever issues they had. PER THE DALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT. I Contacted the assistant property manager KAYLA HOLMES AKA MS.DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, who was a (im not gonna call her the name you guys already know), literally less than empathetic. Making statements like “didn’t we view the house before move in” duh goofy of course we did. But if there was a sign on the front door that said don’t move in, it’ll get shot up. WE WOULDNT HAVE MOVED HERE. The wanch hung up on me after I “raised my voice” lol which was funny because I refrained from using swear words so i could get my point across….mind you, MY KIDS WERE HERE SLEEPING. So you can understand my frustration. She sent me “my only option” which was a lease termination. The property manager JOANN got in touch with me after I left multiple voicemails later that day, stated we could do a transfer and everything would be fine. 2 months later……we are still in the same shot up house and NO RESPONSE NOR AN UPDATE has been provided. They won’t/dont answer emails, or calls.
UPDATE: Funny how they can reply to all these reviews with that general message, but can’t fix everyone’s problem!!

I am beyond frustrated with the move out report charges.
The move out inspection checklist clearly states anything beyond normal where and tear needs to be repaired. Nothing in that home that I moved out off was beyond normal wear and tear!
The fact that I had the house detailed cleaned, carpets cleaned, lawn cut, bushes trimmed, no trash left behind, appliances cleaned and no holes, broken blinds, etc. is outrageous to charge me for normal wear and tear and things that were there prior to my move in!
I was charged for 4 scuffs being on the walls, a few leaves being on the front porch, paint wearing out on the kitchen cabinets (was there prior to my move in and was even documented on my move in inspection), replacing light bulbs that weren’t out but were a not white on the outside (they were the correct color as far as daylight or soft white but because the outer glass was clear, I was charged), I was also charged a home refresher fee because I didn’t leave a receipt for the house being professionally cleaned even though the move out checklist stated only the carpets had to be professionally cleaned (which I had done)!
I was also charged for the shelf falling even though you can see in the pictures that the proper screws weren’t used when it was originally installed!
$207 to “refresh clean” the home since there was no receipt that the entire house was professionally cleaned. I was told due to no receipt, they had to rewipe down all counters, bathrooms, etc. and sweep the porch again because they weren’t sure if I did it….EVEN THOUGH I SENT MOVE OUT PICTURES!
It was no kids, an entire family, or pets in the home. It was me and my occasional care giver because I have been suffering from my disability for over a year now. That house was given back to ResiHomes better than how I received it.
I just didn’t think this company would nickel and dime a tenant who did everything they requested on their move out inspection to the T! I was a great tenant even though I didn’t want to stay there because I wasn’t given a key to the door and had to struggle all year to remember a code to a door.
I asked what was the normal wear and tear allowance given for each property and i was told there wasn’t one! I was told the tenant is charged for everything including normal wear and tear.
The house was sanitized, floors mopped, carpets professionally cleaned, all light bulbs working aside from the 1 I couldn’t reach, and I had the grass cut and bushes trimmed as the move out checklist required and still was charged almost $500 in bogus fees! I even have pictures of bulbs in the sockets in my move out pictures and the technician they sent to inspect the home took my bulbs out and took a picture and said there was no bulb!
