Penn Grand Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. The community is friendly, the property manager, Rosa, is incredibly responsive and professional, and overall, it's a great place to call home. Highly recommend!

Esos apartamentos son una peste de ratas y chinches. Nuestros muebles se arruinaron, salimos de allí por el mal servicio de Raquel y Rosa. Ambas drogadictos, si tienes niños o adolescentes no te mudes alli. Rosa te atiende fumada de mariguana y los niños la pueden comprar por los pasillos. La factura del agua sale muy alta. Goteras por todos lados y Rosa te trata muy mal así como era Raquel, son hermanas y son igual de mediocres.

I've been living here for going on 4yrs since new management I could not ask for better tenant care property manager and maintenance are extremely great property is clean friendly and safe community would highly recommend to everyone

New management, Absolutely terrible, they don't answer the phone their rude. She just rents to whoever. And all they do is party here now it's so loud at night.They don't clean anything there's no lights outside. I wish I could post pictures here of all the trash from the dumpsters and the homeless people digging in them. If you want to feel safe do not move in

If there were zero stars they would have nothing from me. Yesterday my head suffered a blow because the sky above you is coming down. I went to tell the manager Rosa and what she did was threaten me and have her partner watch me. Very bad service, if you are going to renew your contract or are looking for options, do not come here.

Terrible place to live. No consistently or communication with the landlord or their higher ups.

I had leaks in my ceiling for months and my maintenance requests kept being ignored. Windows would leak tons of rain water too and it was never fixed. The dishwasher would break my ceramic plates and the fridge’s lightbulb was never replaced in the four months I kept requesting it.

Neighbors are hit or miss and unfortunately for me most of mine were a miss. They were loud, rude, messy and disrespectful. I had a kid come up to my dog and throw a stick at her. His parents wanted to believe their kid did it in self defense when my dog was just out for his usual potty time and they had the nerve to file a complaint against my dog for being an aggressive breed. If he was an aggressive breed than the landlord shouldn’t have approved my pet and accepted me pet fee. She even had the nerve to try and evict me because of my pet and not refund my pet fee.

There is litter everywhere and people don’t pick up after their pets. For a place that’s “pet friendly” they don’t even have an area sectioned off for you’re pets to potty.
** An update on my review, it’s been almost two years since I moved out and I never received my deposit. The place is run by crooks.

Aunque no vivo en ese complejo de apartamentos y no me an querido rentar me gustan mucho, y talves algun dia me den una oportunidad de rentar,, yo se los recomiendo mucho porque es un buen lugar y te atienden bien, cuando me renten entonces les dare 5 estrellas..!!
