Came to visit a friend who lives here and stopped in the leasing office to ask some questions. Brittany was putting out some leasing materials and was so wonderful and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the apartments and the area! When I'm ready to move, I will definitely be considering this beautiful property thanks to Brittany!

The apartments are great! Brittany is so helpful! I feel safe here. Parking is limited if you come home at night but they offer paid reserved spaces.

I’ve lived here for three years and couldn’t be happier with the location – it’s so close to Main Street! The area is beautiful, and the layout feels spacious and open. Maintenance is always quick to respond and easy to work with, which is a huge plus. Although storage space is limited, the layout gives room for creativity in organizing and making it your own. I feel safe and at home in this community. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-kept place to live!”

The viewing of the apartments they have available went really well. The community looks nice and there's an update on the amenities they have now. The apartment itself is setup nicely and looks amazing. The office staff is nice. We decided after viewing the apartment that we wanted to apply to live there. Instead of doing anything at the complex, we did the process through email at home. We're still waiting to hear back. The communication is a bit lacking but we're being patient.

I was looking for an apartment for so long and Brittany was one of the reasons why I chose Residences on First. After a self-guided tour, we had an informative discussion with her and I felt confident I knew everything before making a decision. I only had 2 weeks to find and move into a new place and she ensured the move-in process went smoothly and quickly for us.

The location is close to downtown Mesa and it's very quiet here. We are satisfied with the unit and all the amenities included. If you're interested, I highly recommend reaching out to Brittany with any inquiries 🙂

I didn't even tour this place before I moved in!!! I did a TON of online research looking at reviews and pictures across so many different sites. This place has been great so far! My only cavoites is no fitness center and the pool is a little small but overall I am SO SO happy. For the price I pay for a 1B1B I am extremely satisfied. My neighbors all seem to be great and no issues, parking never seems to be an issue and I love being close to Main St in Mesa. I feel safe in the neighborhood, even if I have to park on the street (has happened a couple times). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I love these Apartments, its Quiet and Clean, Great Atmosphere,Office Managers Lisa and Brittany they are THE BEST OF THE BEST very Lovely Fabulous Excellent Managers we have here at Residences on First, Maintenance team is on it 24/7, they are fast and very great People! I am looking to move to AZ and found these apartments. They checked off all my boxes so I decided to tour. On my tour I met lovely Brittany. She showed my friend and I around, listened to me yap (talk on and on), laughed with us and settled some of my concerns on out of state moving. Love Brittany and can’t wait to see her more often (hopefully)!!
