It offers all the amenities you could wish for, such as the pool, gym, playground, and social areas. I currently live in a fantastic residence that feels just like home. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions I have. My apartment is spacious and well-designed, featuring modern amenities and lots of natural light.

The community atmosphere is vibrant, with regular events. The facilities, including the gym and lounge areas, are clean and well-maintained.

The location is ideal, situated close to shops, making it easy to explore the area. I feel safe and secure in the neighborhood. Overall, my experience living here is wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

The initial visit and tour with Manuel was fantastic. My experience after that has been terrible and I would NOT recommend to anyone. It is currently my move in date and the apartment is not ready. Keys were locked away somewhere that Jasmina did not have access to. I went back for the keys around 1pm. At which point I entered an apartment which was not move in ready with dust on every surface, a dead lizard smashed on the wall, tiles lifting, gnats, paint splatter anll over the apartment and damaged cabinets. When I explained all of this to Jasmina (2 hours later because the lobby was locked) she explained what maintenance could fix, reminded me to complete the inventory form within 48 hours as some things they had to put claims for and as far as the cleaning, they said it was clean and my responsibility to touch up. However, I spent my whole first day of “moving” waiting to get access to apartment, waiting 2 hours to speak to someone about the condition of the apartment and finally cleaning it and scraping paint off the floor. Water currently smells like sewage. I’ve let the water run for 25 minutes and counting but I’m sure it’ll go away. Not sure what I’ll do about the paint I can’t scrape off from the floor or the spots missing paint on the doors. It’s been such a disappointing experience considering the fantastic initial visit and amazing reviews online, I did not anticipate this experience at all. While Manuel and Jasmina have been polite and friendly, the customer service is lacking and a terrible start. I understand they are currently understaffed but a warning for anyone interested in residing here, this community is not worth the price or quality. It seems they were rushed to get bodies in and didn’t properly evaluate the apartments.
