Not a resident (yet) just took a tour and we loved the property the leasing staff were also friendly and allowed us to do a self tour where I took these awesome pictures of a model one & two bedrooms on the 5th floor.

Stand out features were the hardwood floors throughout most places don’t have that in the bedrooms. The only trade-offs to note were the toilet was not separated in the bathroom so you would lack privacy and they didn’t have a gas range stove top. But special note of approval for the model staging. The green and earthy decor was a standout feature. I was taking notes (and pictures)!

I know pictures of the amenities but pool and hot tub area as well as the clubhouse and the gym were quite impressive.

I was particularly interested in the new spa retreat that’s about to open the one thing missing (or perhaps I didn’t see it) was dedicated co-working spaces for “working on the premises.” But there was a conference room you could reserve in the clubhouse which was lovely. I’m sure you could just hand out in the clubhouse if you could get work done there, but having smaller working spaces is a great feature people like us (we both work online) we look for.

All in all, this is our new front runner neck and neck with the Halsten, which has comparable benefits and trade offs.

Looking forward to learning about the specific availabilities with views and costs.

** Be aware when signing lease of additional $200+ a month ( over $2k a year) in community utilities. This does not include your own personal utilities. Residents are responsible for all gas, electric and water use for the entire complex! This even includes leasing office area or private parties in the club room. Nice place to live, but just be wary of the additional thousands you will spend on community utilities.

Living at residences Kierland has been nothing short of amazing. The space offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and tranquility. From stunning desert views to easy access to local amenities, it truly feels like home. Couldn’t ask for a better place to recharge and enjoy life!

CLARISSA.. is TOP-NOTCH. Clarissa gave my husband and I a tour a couple days ago, and she treated us like old friends. This property was filled with luxury amenities and truly felt unique, however the views were so limited by construction it did not work for us. We wished it would have! Clarissa YOU ROCK!

I have had such a wonderful experience living at Residence Kierland for the last 2 years. The events organized here truly make this place feel like home. Dameon and Sarah, the event coordinators, deserve special recognition for their exceptional efforts. They go above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all residents. Whether it's community gatherings, holiday celebrations, or educational workshops, Dameon and Sarah ensure that every event is enjoyable and meaningful. Their dedication adds a special touch that enhances our living experience and fosters a sense of community.

I have been a resident at Residences Kierland for over a year and I can say without any hesitation, this is home. I've enjoyed my experience so much and I cannot thank the leasing and maintenance team enough for all they do.

For anyone making the decision on potentially signing here, just know that living in an apartment community regardless of the location or how much money you spend on rent, does not mean everything will be perfect all the time, and I wish more people would understand this. Things can break, issues can occur, inconveniences can happen, but guess what that can happen anywhere. I would appreciate it if my fellow residents would extend the staff a little more grace when it comes to these things because believe it or not, they're trying their best to help you.

This is the first community that I've decided to renew at in a long time and I do not regret my decision one bit!

I visited my friend this weekend. What beautiful apartment complex close to restaurants and shops. They have all the amenities as well. Gym, pool, parking, club house, jacuzzi, etc. if I ever move to north Scottsdale I will defiantly want to live in this location. Loved it.

I have been a resident of Kierland Residences for over a year, and while there are positive aspects, there are several critical issues that potential residents should be aware of.

Firstly, the location is absolutely perfect, which was the main attraction for me. The community itself is beautiful and the residents are wonderful people. However, the positive aspects end there.

1. Misleading Information About Amenities: Management has been dishonest about the usage of the clubhouse. During the tour, they stated that it could be rented for private parties or used at no expense for community events. However, I was charged $682 for what they called "unauthorized use" of the clubhouse during a community gathering, despite being told it was open for community use.

2. Lack of Proper Maintenance and Staff: Despite being advertised as resort-style living, the reality is far from it. The cold plunge is frequently broken and takes months to repair. AC units in the apartments often fail, and repairs take weeks, leaving residents in uncomfortable conditions. Common areas are poorly maintained and rarely cleaned. The men's sauna and steam room are frequently out of order, BBQ grills are dirty, pool chairs are broken and not replaced due to budget constraints, and the exterior windows are not cleaned as they are at comparable properties. Additionally, the entrance garage door is often broken and left open, posing a safety concern. Pet fees are charged, but the common areas are not cleaned of dog urine and feces. The office staff are all temps so they can’t even assist you with day to day issues.

3. Unresponsive and Rude Management: The management staff is consistently rude and unresponsive to residents' concerns.

I am sharing my experiences so that potential residents can make an informed decision before signing a lease here. It's disappointing because with better management and maintenance, Kierland Residences could truly be a wonderful place to live.
