I have lived at West Edge for nearly 6 months and I have to thank the management team for doing such a great job. While the team is all working hard and thoughtful. I do want to call out Andrew and Jorge who have been here with me through the leasing process and have always been there to support me with my questions and needs. They helped me get the apartment that would be best for my needs and have been there for all of my questions along the way. Thanks for making me feel at home.

Do not recommend living here. The Residences at West Edge are misleading about rent charges and fail to deliver on many of the amenities they promise. The rent discrepancies are egregious, with unexpected charges appearing without any explanation or warning. I've lived here for over a year, and extending my lease for an additional six months was a huge mistake. The lack of transparency and disregard for residents' concerns makes this place feel like a scheme. I can't wait to move out and leave this nightmare behind.

I love my apartment! Management is excellent (Deric, Steve, Andrew, and everyone else), and on-site 7 days a week. Concierge and security are at the desk 24/7. The security was the initial selling point for me but my favorite thing is how gorgeous my unit is. I honestly feel like I never want to go anywhere because I love being in my apartment.. lol. There are also 2 rooftop lounges spaces that are perfect for relaxing. Also conveniently next to 2 gas stations and the highways. Highly recommend!

I would love to give this place a glowing recommendation/ review but my terrible experience with security gives it 1 star.

There's a lot of great amenities that your money will get you but a decent security detail isn't one of them. The curly haired guy at the front desk will answer your call but will he do anything about it? No. It's past midnight and a raging party next door to me is still going and keeping me up because he said he can't (wont) do anything about it because he "put his ear up to the door and didn't hear anything" .. how?! I can hear the screams and yelling and music through my wall. He even admitted he wasn't going to do anything about it since he wasn't hearing what I was hearing.

It's extremely disappointing at how much money we spend a month to deal with this. It makes me scared to think about what would happen if I actually needed them for something like an emergency.

I'd keep that in mind when looking at apartments. Do better West Edge.

I completed the application online half a month ago. After waiting for 8 days without any update, I took the initiative to contact the apartment and learned that no one was processing my application. To this day, my application has not been approved. When I have any questions or need to submit documents, no one replies to my emails, no matter how many times you send them. I changed 3 agents in my case. Every time I called and left a message saying that they would call me back, they never called back. I don’t know if I was treated differently because I am Asian, or if their management has always had this attitude. I can’t believe that if they have always been like this, how can anyone choose to live in their apartment?

Before signing any rental contract, be aware that some units in this building have no cell phone signal—regardless of your carrier. The management’s only solution is to suggest FaceTime or other WiFi calling, completely overlooking the building’s design flaw and failing to be transparent about how, or if, they plan to resolve it. Truly disappointing.

Definitely the nicest place I've ever lived. The staff accommodates residence with all needs and has awesome community events, weekly food trucks and more! With 5 star amenities; the convenience of Gelsons & Boba & many more soon just yards away, helpful concierge and friendly staff, I feel like royalty here! Big shouts to Toria, David & G!
