I can’t speak more highly about the Residences at the Grove team, Robert Serrano especially! My husband and I toured in July with Robert and immediately felt like this complex was set apart from the rest. The views, the location, the neighborhood are all A+ in my opinion and the area is super walkable.
The leasing team is quick to answer any questions we have, whether we are popping into the office or sending an email. We submitted a couple maintenance requests over the weekend we moved in, and both were resolved the first business day afterward. Quick maintenance is so rare with apartments, so we were especially impressed with this!

I've lived here for 2 years and love this building. The units are quiet and spacious and the management makes renewal easy. You have to love a building that doesn't try and screw you with rent increases after a year! The amenities are nice and well cared for. I can't imagine a better building in Uptown. Highly recommended.

I love living at the Grove because of the friendly neighbors and engaging staff! Living in a new building and watching the community grow has been one of my favorite things to come out of my move. I’ve never lived in a building that host as many events as this building plans. From free donuts & hot chocolate, brunch & mimosas, to providing lunch when the power went out, the staff here is amazing. The views are a great perk too!!

I moved to Residences at the Grove in October 2021 and couldn't be happier with my decision. Erika, Taylor, and Kenzie were all incredibly patient as I looked at multiple floor plans before making a final decision. I'm in one of the 1 bed, 1.5 bath A3 units facing south. What a view!

One of the biggest perks to living here is the facilities. I like to work out from home, and Residences is the only hi-rise I found in Uptown with dumbbells up to 100 lbs. If you like coffee/ tea on your way out the door, the baristas at the 1st floor kiosk have you covered. The atmosphere at the pool / grill area is very peaceful, especially on a crisp night. Can't wait to try it out in Summer!

Apartment Manager Olivia Taylor and her entire staff at Residences make sure all your needs are covered so that your home is a sanctuary away from the stresses of life. Could not recommend living here enough!

We lived here for the last 13 months! A couple pros: great location, friendly neighbors, maintenance is amazing, do lots of events for residents, good amenities.
A couple of Cons: unreasonably priced (everyone we met living here complained about how it was too expensive for what you got), multiple break ins when we lived there, didn’t feel safe at times (I was grabbed by a homeless man at the dog park in broad daylight). Ultimately we wouldn’t have stayed more than a year due to these reasons, but overall it was a good experience!

I really enjoy living here - the view is my favorite part! The staff are super friendly and accommodating and on top of things. Especially appreciate Santos, the apartment’s cleaning staff, for keeping the complex clean and looking and smelling fresh everyday — she’s a gem!

I've lived here for a month and can't recommend it enough. The space is clean, quiet and well-designed, the location is walkable to a lot of good bars and restaurants, but it's the team that made the move-in decision easy for me. The managers Cindy and Nick are wonderful and Andres and the maintenance team are incredibly quick and friendly. The overnight concierge is excellent - special shoutout to Kiana!

Having great staff really does make a difference! Roberto made the move in process seamless and Cindy stepped in last minute to look after my cat when I had to fire my pet sitter halfway through my vacation. I’ve felt very safe living here, the common areas are kept clean and I love the assigned parking that’s separate from guest parking. Very happy living here so far!
