… que me gustó: La zona es increíble me enamoré de ella. Los buenos colegios recomiendo 100% (Vineland K-8)y este extraordinario, acogedor e increíble condominio “Residences at the Falls” donde viví por 5 años y me toca decir adiós!

Residences at the Falls para mi de verdad fue mi casa! Me llevo infinidad de recuerdo donde mis hijas fueron muy felices. Al vivir aquí encontré personas profesionales y dispuestas a solucionar cualquier problema o necesidad. Un lugar muy seguro para criar a mis hijas. Apartamentos perfectamente diseñados, con hermosas áreas comunes para disfrutar con nuestros hijos y todo pero todo muy limpio.

Con memorables recuerdos y con mucho cariño gracias a todos !!! En especial Alex, Mamita, Raúl y Dani

Soooo many positive things to share about our time at Residences at the Falls. First, THANK YOU Alex for your professionalism, patience and hospitality...dealing with you and your staff was a breeze amidst our life-storm. Once moved in, we were greeted by several of the security staff for whom we were most grateful...Mr. James, Edwin, Ms. T and others...their oversight ensured our safety and overall security. As we fell into our routine, part of it included use of the laundry mat conveniently located, our kids frequented the gym and we even utilized the tennis courts for evening pickleball. And then the unit itself was ideal...plenty of space, an optimal kitchen, great AC, a master closet which was HUGE, and bathrooms which served our family of four perfectly. Any internal issues once reported were addressed and fixed immediately.
Again, THANK YOU ALEX and ALL for a wonderful experience...we'll miss the friendly greetings and smiles.

Been currently living here for 3 years now.... I like it. It has mini parks to walk around; with barbecue grills and mini playgrounds. It has 2 pool areas and 2 laundry rooms with fans and a/c. The apartments vary from tile to carpet with some even having their own washer and dryers in them. It's a pretty chill place if you can afford to stay here. The only reason I give here 3-stars is because they have gone up on rent here.. sadly.

I have been living at Residences at The Falls for more than two years and it has been a great experience. This is a very safe, nice and calm place to live. The units and all the public areas are always in great condition. Everyone is always polite and very helpful Danny and his team, Alex from the office and the Security people, everybody is willing to help with any request or need that you might have and I have to highlight that the response time for any issue with the A/C or anything that needs to be fixed is always very short (less than three hours) which is not very common to find. This is a great place to live and I highly recommend it.

I just moved in with my girlfriend and I have nothing but good things to say about the Residents at the Falls. The place looks amazing with the lovely landscape, pool's, and tennis courts and 24 hour gated community in general. The staff is excellent and will go out of their way to help with all your needs stating with the Alex, Francisco, Danny the rest of the staff are all very professional, very helpful and kind. We had a scheduled tour for the 1-1 apartments. I believe Alex took us on the tour. He was quite unprofessional and seemed to be in a hurry which I can totally understand if someone were having a bad day so I didn't mind, I get it. Right after the tour we were in contact with Alex through email after we submitted an application for the apartment. After delivering all documents that were requested and paying application fee, it has been radio silence ever since. I understand if our application was denied, but wasting money on the application fee and not even getting a response back is pretty lame. Based on other reviews, it appears that many have had similar situations with Alex. I don't typically leave reviews but I'm pretty salty about this one lol. The area was nice though and I'm sure living there would be peaceful, saw a few police officer cars parked around so thats nice too, might still be worth checking out if anyone is in need of a new home but do keep this review in mind. Management seems to be quite awful but the area was okay!
