Not a single issue from the tour, to move in, to current residency! Pretty much the complete opposite of my previous experience prior to moving to the Residence. What a relief it has been! Another plus: the neighbors and office staff are friendly and welcoming 🙂 Thank you.

Just moved in and had a great experience. Leisa, the leasing agent is incredible and she went out of her way to accommodate our parking situation. The apartment itself is beautiful and in a great location. The residents all seem very friendly and polite.

I was looking for an apartment in 2021 while Covid restrictions were still in place. Kayla was one of the few people that would take me on a tour of the building. Other sites, you had to do it virtually. I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit for a year and then moved to a 2-bedroom for 18 months. The building is always kept SO clean and the facilities (gym, pool, community room, etc.) are amazing! If you ever need anything fixed in the apartment, the maintenance person comes in and fixes the issue the same day. When I needed to add my son to the lease, Leisa and Patty were incredibly helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this building and community!!

The entire process from getting a tour to signing up to moving in has been a great experience. Leisa the property manager made the process easy and enjoyable. Super nice place to live while our house is being built.

The leasing agent, Leisa, was probably the friendliest leasing agent I've ever experienced. My son and I have been touring apartments, and by far, she made us feel the most welcome and had answers to every question we asked. She did not make us feel rushed or pushed to make a decision, which was great. She was an added bonus for an apartment complex that already speaks for itself.

I have enjoyed living here so far. Although it’s close to many shops and busy roads, the building itself is very quiet. It’s nice having so many stores close by, it’s one of the reasons I chose Residences. The neighbors are friendly and it’s very safe. At times, vendors leave the security doors open, it hasn’t seem to cause any issues thus far. The heated underground garage is so nice to have, especially with the winter we’ve been having. There is always a path shoveled for my dog to go for her walk. It’s done fairly quickly after a snow storm. The gym and other amenities are top notch. Any maintenance issues are addressed promptly by staff and handled by Jesse, he keeps the place humming!! Cleanliness is sometimes an issue, but gets resolved quickly once brought to management’s attention. Overall, this place is somewhere I plan to call home for a long time to come.
