Wat een fantastische locatie!!! Voor de tweede keer zijn we een heerlijke week verbleven in het patio-appartement: openslaande deuren waardoor je in het ochtendzonnetje de tuin inloopt en via een trappetje direct met je voeten in het Comomeer staat, ruime slaapkamer, goede badkamer en een keuken die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Slechts 15 minuten rijden van Bellagio, huur ook zeker een bootje bij de buren van Boat2Go, 's ochtends koffie en een croissant bij Cafe Vassena op 100 meter lopen, en 's avonds dineren bij Al Molo 5 daarnaast.
Roberta is een ontzettend aardige, betrokken en flexibele gastvrouw die er alles aan doet om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken!

Wow! We have never had such a good host as Roberta! She is so kind, friendly and helpful! The accommodation is also very clean, modern and comfortable. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The location of the residence is also perfect. It is located in the small village of Vassena and therefore away from tourism. In the village, however, there is everything you need to stay overnight: a small supermarket, a cute cafe with seats right on the lake and a very good restaurant. Everything can be reached in 1 minute on foot. From Vassena it is 10 minutes to Bellagio or Lecco per car or bus. Dear Roberta, thank you very much for everything, we would love to come back!

We enjoyed our honeymoon and short stay at Residence Matilde. Roberta, our host was so accomodating and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. The accommodation was spacious, clean and modern with kitchen and washing facilities. Located in
Vassena, we enjoyed being able to drive to Bellagio and day trip to Varenna as we pleased. There is a small supermarket, and a local cafe nearby. Highly recommend your stay here.

The apartment is new and clean with the back garden right beside the lake! Great facilities and I can tell a lot of thoughts have been put into this.

You can lie down in the garden to watch stars up the dark sky and listen to the soft waves from the stillness of the lake.

There is free parking at the plaza only a minute’s walk from the property. Great quiet location and only 15 mins drive to the buzzing town of Bellagio.

Bed is comfortable and shower strong enough! The landlady is very friendly and kind. I think she worried that I am on my own and checked on me with text messages to ensure that I am doing alright. She has given me good advice on various locations to visit and dine.

I would recommend to my friends to stay here if they are to visit Lake Como.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und man merkt, dass ihr die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste wichtig ist. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt einen privaten Zugang zum Wasser und nebenan ein Fahrrad- und Bootsverleih. In dem Dorf selber gibt es zwar nicht viel zu tun, dafür kommt man schnell mit dem Auto nach Bellaggio. Kostenlose Parkplätze findet man in direkter Umgebung.

Hemos estado alojados en un apartamento de dos habitaciones, con nuestros dos perros border collie. Muy confortable y bien cuidado.
Roberta nos facilitó conseguir un aparcamiento cerrado, muy cercano, ya buen precio. También nos ayudó a realizar alguna reserva en restaurantes de la zona.
Nos hemos sentido en casa, y esperamos volver próximamente.
