Our room was clean, the hotel was very nice. Location wasn't ideal to the beach. It is a pet friendly hotel and there was a dog barking constantly. We checked out after the first night because of it. The hotel staff were friendly and kind.

Adrian checked us in. He was multitasking on the phone and greeted me as well. Very detailed information and was very nice. The hotel was nice. I hardly do hotel breakfast, but this one had everything that I enjoy. I loved the hotel atmosphere and all! Will definitely Be back! Rooms were clean newly renovated, and perfect location

I’m not one to complain about a random hair found on the bathroom floor or in the tub, or even scratched furniture or basic minor misgivings. As avid travelers and Marriott loyals, we appreciate knowing what we are walking into regarding amenities and overall cleanliness. This is our second time staying at this property, and since we were here for 7 days, we noticed some cleanliness concerns that has us decided to not return to this location.
While it may not be a concern to some, to us, surface cleaning says a lot. When the elevator buttons and doors look like someone licked them or smeared greasy fingers on them and they still look that way 7 days later, I feel kind of grossed out. Same with the hallway carpet- definitely were never vacuumed with bits a pieces of trash and dirt all over the place. When I feel the need to use hand sanitizer just merely “looking” at a door handle, I know it’s time to look for another property for our next visit. Marriott really needs to start trainings on staff paying close attention to fine details like this (including refilling the hand sanitizers located around the building.)

Two bedroom suite with kitchen and living room and two bathrooms and pullout couch was awesome. Hot tub and pool and basketball court. Amazing breakfast. I will be back. The lady was nice on phone and in person. Lyza. Soo nice. Welcoming on the phone and in person. That’s what brought us to this place. She was so welcoming on the phone.

Stayed here during hurricane Milton. Beautiful, clean hotel. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants. Daily breakfast was good and eggs were real. Rooms were updated and amenities were nice. Pet friendly but a lot of barking on our floor. We didn’t have a dog.

We evacuated due to a hurricane. The staff was so accommodating and they made us feel at home. All of the staff were kind but we cannot remember all their names. Mr. O'Brien and Mr. Adrian were so very kind and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Our family was so thankful!

The rooms were good. One of the Ottomans was had a tear on it when I arrived. They could have passed that up easily. The service was great. I enjoyed the front desk staff. They were very happy to assist every request. The location is a good distance from the beach. I would have liked to be able to walk to the beach instead of driving and looking for parking. I will return, EV charging was free. It is walking distance from shops and restaurants and the movie theater. I enjoyed a great performance in the park while I was there.

The hotel was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was very roomy. The only thing I had a problem with is that a personal item came up missing two days to us checking it. I called the front desk and they stated that they would check with housekeeping. I called again that night and no one knew what I was talking about. Long story short I called once I got back home and they still had not found it. So after a few hours they called and said they found it and we would have to pay for shipping. I think not. The housekeeping department took something from room by mistake but it is still the hotel responsibility. Needless to say, they shipped the item and no cost to us. Please make sure you know all the items you have in your room.
