The hotel was nice. We reserved a two-bedroom and two-bathroom suite, and the rooms and the bathrooms were clean and pleasant. The check-in was pleasant, and before the check-in time, thanks to the lovely receptionist who allowed us to check in before the established time. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. In the hotel, everyone was nice and friendly and always willing to help. The only issue was the breakfast. It was a very poor selection; just a few fruits that were gone before you could get to them. We usually were some of the first to arrive at breakfast, but there was such a small amount of fruit available that we could never get any onto our plates. Parking is expensive at this property, $26 per night, and the parking is not secure.

While the hotel is a little dated, there were active renovations happening while we were guests. Our room was updated and comfortable, with the exception of the pillows...which were flat and felt like they were filled with shopping bags. I ended up having more success with the sofa pillows. Rooms have a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. There is a grocery store about half a mile away from the hotel.

Breakfast is included and is the standard eggs, sausage, waffles/bagel, and yogurt fare. The hotel is also pet-friendly, but if your dog isn't trained to be off-leash, then you may have some challenges with the pet area because it is not fenced in and it right off the parking lot. You can walk your dog to the head of the road and back, if you're not comfortable with the pet area.

The hotel is tucked away, but you're not far from anything. We took in a bowl game, a Magic game, and Disney. We really didn't have to go more than 30 minutes to any place, which included traffic. Overall, this was a good option.

I stayed here, not understanding that they come clean up and take care of your room every two days and I called downstairs to complain and although they never told me they don’t come every day. I looked it up and found that out. They were very nice cordial helpful. They brought towels and bedding to my room when I requested it.
I would give one area for improvement, which would be when you’re booked with a lot of people during holidays spend extra time cleaning your bathrooms and making sure you have toilet paper in these restrooms near the breakfast area

This hotel is older. The hallways are small and the whole place is in need of renovation. The hallways smell like weed. We were awakened at 7 am by traffic noise and a sawing sound. They charge you for parking. Let me say that again. Even though you rent a room, they charge you for parking $25 a night. When we asked for a refund for the 2nd day, they found a “nicer” room that was not on the traffic side and it had a few updates. I would not recommend and I will never stay at this place again. The clerk was very nice but the property is shabby. You can find a lot nicer places in this area for the same price.

Stuck with last minute panic as Hurricane Milton (Oct 9) approached and was headed directly toward our home. Hotels were showing no availability as others had checked into alternate accommodations earlier in the week. At the last minute checking for cancellations the Marriott Residence Inn showed one. Grabbed it on line for a two night stay. Fortunate we were that we had a room with full kitchen and area for both of us as mother and son adults could enjoy some space while we hunkered in. Two television areas allowed us both to see what we chose, and even with the storm the internet and the television cable stayed live. News from our neighborhood showed no water or electic or cable or internet for 4 days so we extended our stay to 4 nights. Throughout the stay the staff was terrific, ensuring all were safe and secure. Can't compliment the staff and management for a wonderful experience despite the circumstances.

We had 5 people, and an infant. We had the residential suite with 2 bedrooms (one king, one with 2 double beds) and two bathrooms. This was really nice for a one week stay. The included breakfast was pretty good with good variety. It was comfortable.

It was very close to seaworld parks and Disney springs. Walkable to Walgreens and Chinese/cheese stake and grocery.

The pool was nice and the hot tub was great. It was a bit chilly when we went so that was key.

They have a really cool arcade but it’s very expensive.

They have laundry rooms but operated by 3rd party. We had an issue with two loads and they just said to call 3rd party. No answer or call back. SMH. Still no resolution.

We had asked for a crib when we reserved room and they messaged that it was no problem. We arrived, it wasn’t there. We had to ask 3 times until they finally brought it after baby’s bedtime.

We asked for a few things like tv remote for one of the TVs. We asked 6+ times. Never got resolved the whole stay. The crib 3+ times and got resolved late. We asked them for a toothbrush, we had to go down to get it instead of bringing it up (like they said they would). We asked for bags to help us pack. They said they’d send them up (like they said for everything else) but didn’t. We again had to go to front desk and wait. They didn’t. We stored our luggage the whole day and came back and THEN we got the bags :-/

We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2 bath suite, which was very spacious and included a large kitchen area. The rooms could use a freshening as they seemed a bit worn and highly-used, but overall it's a nice hotel. The pool area is enjoyable. The breakfast area is in its own separate space and it was INSANE, with children screaming and running all over the place, it was like a nightmarish school cafeteria. On the plus side, once everyone cleared out, presumably to head to the theme parks, things around the hotel quieted down significantly. Oh, and as a Disney Good Neighbor hotel, you can get Mickey shaped waffles for breakfast 🙂
