Quando nel 2012 ci siamo trasferiti a orlando il residence inn e' stata la nostra casa per 8settimane e quando ad agosto abbiamo programmato di tornare in Florida non ci abbiamo pensato due volte. Siamo ritornati qui dove il nostro sogno americano e nato. Camere spaziose sia studio che bilocali, colazione ottima e anche durante la settimana L hotel offre una piccola cena o snack. Le camere hanno la cucina completa in modo da essere indipendenti. Struttura comoda per vedere a piedi international drive e con navetta per i parchi divertimento. Consiglio vivamente specialmente per le famiglie.

We booked 4 rooms for our family Christmas/New Years vacation in Orlando for 5 nights. The rooms were pricey as expected due to holiday high season. That is ok, however we were shocked when we saw the condition of the rooms. Dynamic pricing on a one star room.
Endless issues with 4 rooms were:
-Bath tub faucet non stop leaking water (cannot be fixed, move to another room next day)
-toilet clogged up
-leak in the bathroom (cannot be fixed, move to another room next day)
-extremely dirty bath tub
-rooms were dirty and smelly

Since I did the booking for all 4 rooms. At check in the front desk manager offered full house keeping for all the rooms. I confirmed with the hotel front desk manager that for my specific room full house keeping would be appreciated. We did not receive house keeping despite us going to the front desk daily and the front desk staff writing our room number on the clip chart for house keeping staff to review request. What is the point of offering and us requesting repeatedly when it was not going to be done. Finally towards the last 2 nights of the stay this specific room finally got house keeping. The excuse we got from the same hotel front desk manager was one of the room guests requested no house keeping. This is an excuse as ironically all the 3 rooms got daily house keeping except the room that specifically asked for it. Should the hotel front desk manager not confirm with the specific guests (checked in) that accepted the full house keeping offer
The hotel front desk manager refused to compensate for all the inconveniences with back and forth house keeping requests as the room (dirty and smelly condition).
The only complementary compensation we got for all the bathroom issues was free parking.
Very disappointed considering how much inconveniences the hotel put us through.. from plug toilets to non stop leaking bath faucets.
The housekeeping in this hotel needs major improvement and quality control. Terrible stay in this hotel with the rooms in such disastrous conditions.

Let me start by saying I am a hotel snob. I expect the utmost cleanliness. From the outside I thought "what has my husband gotten us into?" but was put at ease upon inspecting our room. I was pleasantly surprised. And while we are at it let's discuss the beds. They were quite possibly the best mattresses we've ever slept on in a hotel. My husband agreed when I told him this. Rooms were huge, well equipped and CLEAN!!! And located right in the middle of tons of attractions and places to eat. Also, they are pet friendly. My pup enjoyed her stay. My only complaint is the garbage trucks emptying dumpsters in close proximity to our room at 4:30 am every morning.

I am Titanium Elite with Marriott and travel over 200 days a year. It started with the room having a very high-pitched whining noise. Tried to call the front desk multiple times, but no one ever answered. Then came down to the lobby and only one person was working with a full hotel so waited online for over 15 minutes before I finally had my concerns addressed. Half the washer dryers were not working on our floor so only one of each and always full. The coffee pot (if you can call it that) was a plastic container where you insert a packaged tray. Coffee was terrible. What happened to normal coffee pots? I went downstairs for coffee and the pot had lukewarm warm coffee and no milk or half and half left. It was only 9 am on weekend day. Parking was also tough. Both nights had to park in next door hotel.

Family took a last minute weekend vacation and booked this hotel. Upon entry, Damaris assisted us in check in and provided excellent service! Had no problems during our stay and would definitely book here again!

Great staff service! A special shout out to Damaris at front desk who is incredibly helpful, patient and kind, and also to all the staff at breakfast service who went above and beyond to help with any special requests. Iroda and Kamilla especially. The hotel is close to Disney world (18min) and was easy for us to navigate without a car which was perfect!

Absolutely 10/10 experience the front desk staff were so sweet. Shoutout to Damaris who was our MVP, not only did she help us with our key issues she also recommended a way to keep it from deactivating. They rooms were super clean and overall a pleasant experience. I would 100/10 recommend this place. Excellent job Residence Inn Convention Center!!

Hotel is a bit dated but they’re doing upgrades so not holding it against them. What makes this place epic is the location and staff! Everyone was so nice especially Damaris and Adrian during our check-in. Haven’t experienced that level of hospitality in a LONG time. Will def. stay here again because of that.
