I wanted to take the time to write a review because we had such a good experience here! The breakfast was a cherry on top! Jacquelyne was amazing, the kitchen was impeccable, the food was served beautifully and it was yummy!!!! The waffle machine was kept so clean, and they had all the good things to make it like a restaurant dish!!!!
Congratulations to the manager on such a great staff!!!!!

Positive: The room was great and we wished we could have stayed there that week instead of where we stayed before. Very nice place. Negative: Breakfast! What a jip! Breakfast was horrible. I don't know if some of the problems were due to lack of water after the hurricane, but generally, this kind of sorry effort came close to making the room overpriced. Grainy eggs will not cut it.

I highly recommend Not staying here. The ventilation in the place is awful and you can smell everyone’s food all blended together. The doors are gross and sticky. The lady at the front desk was really nice, but I couldn’t sleep there. The weight room was dirty.

Could not be a worse place to stay. Supposedly there was a computer glitch and when I arrived my room was not available. They booked me a room at their sister hotel that was over 20 minutes away. They did not offer me transportation to get there…it was up to me and at my expense. Naturally I was upset and let the front desk receptionist know it. She called the GM who could not have been more rude, and threatened to call the sheriff to have me removed from the property. I requested a call back the next day to discuss how I would be compensated for taxi expense. Still no call. I’ve been traveling for years and have never been treated or spoken to like this. I am going to make a formal complaint with Marriott, as well. Just a complete disgrace.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

UPDATE: NOBODY HAS REACHED OUT TO ME FROM MANAGEMENT....WHAT A JOKE!

The manager Luzzy Castro was exceptional. I called the day before my reservation to confirm everything and she was happy to assist. When I checked in she greeted me with a big smile and made sure everything was good to go.

What a wonderful five night stay. The Residence Inns General Manager Daybel was exceptional. Upon seeing our family arrived Daybel offered us a warm greeting. We were a party of four and Daybel offered a free upgrade that provided us two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms . WOW! Service was exceptional. Room was clean, updated and very accommodating. Breakfast, which was included, was amazing. Not your typical free breakfast. Variety was best I’ve had. And I am a seasoned traveler. The location is perfect. A few miles from Ft Myers Beach and one mile to Sanibel Island. Every employee was exceptional and functioned extremely well as a Team. I loved that. Pool is big and super clean. Oh, complimentary Red and White Sangria every late afternoon. Thank you GM Daybel and your wonderful team. We highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Our studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was.very.comfortable. The bathroom showed some slight wear but nothing too bad.||We would definitely stay here again!
