You cannot beat the location and service of this Residence Inn. Everyone is extremely attentive. We had a slight issue with housekeeping leaving towels and washcloths for everyone, but front desk gave us some so it worked out. The ONLY complaint I have is the firmness of the beds. We have stayed at this location 3 or 4 times and this is the first time I’ve noticed the firmness of the mattresses. It didn’t bother my child, but my husband and I could not get comfortable. Other than that, I give everything 5 stars. The rooms were clean and the showers were great. The hotel itself has a nice smell when you walk in. Very clean lobby area. The breakfast was good every morning and the coffee stayed hot. It’s within a few minutes drive to Universal Studios and there are plenty of food options nearby that you can GrubHub to you.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn by Marriott near Universal Orlando last July. It's not only close to Universal, but also convenient for traveling to Disney World, making it a great location for theme park visits. The hotel offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a pool that the kids enjoyed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for families or groups. The morning breakfast had a variety of delicious options. Our family group found the place relaxing and fun, with all the amenities making it ideal for group stays. Highly recommend!

Hotel is a bit outdated but overall nice. Can't beat location if going to universal. Would've been nice if they had bedding in the room for the pullout couch in the room especially knowing we had 4 people staying. Breakfast was decent. Tip - head to the gym to fill up your water bottle using the water filter. Would stay at again for sure

Hello, Just wanted to share a public review about Residence Inn by Marriott near Universal Studios. The check in was simple and easy. The beds are comfortable. The room is clean and cold. The breakfast has several hot options and a few cold options. Safety about this place is not really up to par... They have a sign in the parking lot "Park at your own risk" so be careful make sure your car is locked and secured. My dad car was stolen right in front of the main entrance of the hotel. The car was a rare antique car and everything was stolen from the car. My father realize his car was stolen from the property and ask one of the employees about the cameras and he responded "There's no cameras" until one of the females employee which her service was extraordinary. She said there are cameras and she just had to wait for a manager. I'm pretty sure these thieves went into other people vehicles on the night of October 13 2024 - October 14 2024. If you stayed in this hotel during this time and missing stuff. It probably happened during that night. Police are aware of the situation and still haven't found the vehicle. The hotel said they put a claim in for us but we haven't heard anything. Hopefully we hear from the next week.

Just spent 2 weeks here. It's nice with all the amenities. Nice big rooms with a kitchenette and everything you need. Very close to universal, with 3 buses in the morning you need to book the day before. Uber is about $8 average to universal. Decent food choices around the neighborhood and very close to a clearance mall for clothes shopping. Pool and weight room is next to nil, didn't bother to partake. Cost was very decent. Recommended to families for a good base in Orlando.

Please avoid this hotel at all cost. Pathetic customer service from the moment we walked in. Property itself is good but entire staff right from front office to housekeeping to general manager is suboptimal and gives a degraded experience. Even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy customer, they give a hoot to that. They just don’t care that you are giving them business.

I complained to Marriott Bonvoy customer care about bad checkin experience and they said that they will escalate to property general manager but experience continues to be bad going to worst!!

They provide full housekeeping only once a week of stay and alternate day towel change only!! This is worst Marriott stay and now I will stick with Hilton Honors!

Don’t ruin your Orlando vacation by staying at this hotel.

Todo excelente: habitaciones totalmente equipadas con cocina incluida y realmente espaciosas… todo fantástico. La atención muy cordial y predispuesta. Lo único bastante acotado es el desayuno. Por el resto altamente recomendable!
