My partner and I are severely disabled and unlike several other apartment complexes, Residence at Discovery Square was excellent from our first call to their reception to the paying of deposits. A courteous and kind front desk answered questions and sent our info to a leasing agent. The leasing agent was Mike Wilson. He reached out to offer us any assistance we needed. He walked us through the leasing process, answered questions promptly throughly, went out of his way to show and recommend units that would best suit our limitations, took us on a googlemeet tour of the facilities and the available apartments on Thanksgiving Day because we are out of state. Mike was straightforward, efficient and professional. The applications processing staff checked bases with us to make sure we made it through the application process, felt safe and understood everything. The whole team answered texts and emails after hours, on weekends, and even Thankgiving day. Mike Wilson walked us smoothly through the process at our pace with patience and kindness. We are touched and grateful and look forward to the day we advance from apartments to our own home. We will without hesitation request Mike Wilson and Black Swan to assist us when that time comes. We are very grateful and impressed and can't wait to move in.

We were living here for about 7 months! Were the first tenant I guess so out apartment was super clean and beautiful.
Just make sure to have everything documented with the staff cause we were told that we will get one month free of we extend our contract to a year! The management personnel changed and the new one denied the previous one!!!
Also the fifth floor balcony does not have roof which is weird! The fitness room is super small!
But the common area is great!
