We’ve been here almost 3 years and I can say things have gotten a lot better since Mrs.Sandra has taken over management. She and the rest of the staff including maintenance are very nice and try their very best to make our living here better. The apartments themselves are nice and are very good in size for an apartment. The apartment complex also offers lots of nice amenities and the pools have been completely renovated and are very nice and clean. I can also say that during the tornado storm last year they were so quick to get industrial generators to make sure we had light not something anywhere would’ve done.

First year living here was great, maintenance requests done quick, management was kind. Second year not so much, after the tornado hit Deer Park, it seems this place was just trying to recoup repair funds. Constant random fees, maintenance never fixed anything and if they did it broke a day later. Lots of corners cut.We also would have water shut off with no notice due to leaks, or the power would be out due to repairs. I understand stuff happens, but over once a month is ridiculous. Didn’t get my deposit back as they charged for cleaning fees , which they told me was due to the fact that for us to avoid those charges, it would have to be as clean as when I moved in(which wasn’t that clean) at that rate don’t call it a deposit, because they’ll keep it regardless.
Fantastic area and community around, seems like the management company just had a change of heart.

Sandra and Carol are both amazing people. They have helped me through the process of acquiring my first apartment and made it very easy. The complex by far has undergone many changes for the better and I love living in this community. By far the two greatest people I have encountered always very friendly and they take care of any apartment issues promptly.

I’ve lived here for 3 yrs now, going on 4 and I absolutely love these apartments. From The manager Ms Sandra to carol and down to maintenance crew everybody is so nice and they get stuff done quickly. They also have resident appreciation days and have popcorn and popsicles for the kids. The keep up with everything and it doesn’t look run down like other apartments I’ve seen. And definitely not one pest problem. Thank you to this awesome team for making my living here wonderful.

Absolutely love the feel of the community! The manager Sandra took time to make us feel important and answer all of our questions. Move in was so smooth which she also assured us it would be. So glad to call this home!!

I more and more amazed everyday that I get to live in such a wonderful place. It's clean, my apartment is beautiful, the ladies in the office are past great. Don't let me forget the great maintenence team....I thank you all!!!
