Went to an open house for a home listed for sale by Resicap and renovated by them. Awful workmanship, mismatched flooring, and they want to ask for $40,000 over market price. Greedy company.

It's telling when all the 5 star reviews are left by employees and the 1 star reviews are from tenants being screwed over.

I rented a home from Resihome in Dallas, GA from 2020- August of 2022. The property was left in good condition, cleaned and I have all the proof. I was given a partial refund of my initial deposit and a list of charges that were proven to be false. I have email communication that I am suppose to receive a full refund but yet 7 months later I am still waiting. I've tried to call and speak to people but nobody is ever available. Thankfully, I have all my proof and email communications so I can proceed with a lawsuit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update: They’ve moved, broken the front window out and abandoned a dog in the property. They ran down your property. You really need to check on it. I submitted a complaint. Sad bc I saw how much work you put into it.
2nd Update: RESICAP did respond to my complaint earlier today. It saddens me to see the property go from absolutely beautiful to run down in a matter of months. RESICAP did an amazing job on the renovation!

This company is despicable. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting in 10+ years. They cut every corner possible to fill their pockets and refuse to even do the bare minimum. Your experience will not be good, avoid this company if you can. The only reason we had to deal with them is because they bought the house we were renting.

Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars here. This company is a joke. We looked to rent a house through them but after weeks of back and forth we backed out because even the most basic requirements were not met. They refused to commit in writing to perform repairs that could not be done right away and would not clean the house nor yard. It seems like they are buying foreclosures and then do the bare minimum to make them habitable. We complained about a big garden gate that did not close and their solution was to nail 2x4s across the gate making it completely unusable.
The staff is responsive but seems very inexperienced. Almost like talking to call center agents that just put in tickets and can‘t make any decisions. They operate out of Atlanta but have properties in other regions. We were looking to rent in Indiana. They had no clue what condition the property was in nor had they experienced local staff to handle the walkthroughs and oversee repairs.

If you are looking to rent - stay away from this company.

A bunch of liars. I've left other reviews. I have begged for help. I have filed those stupid order forms. Nothing has happened. My son was now injured in a property I rent from them due to their neglect. Due to the fact they refuse to follow up and send people who are not qualified to fix things to fix them half way which resulted in my 4 year old son getting cut open. No manager or ceo calls me back. So unprofessional never rent here your safety depends on it.

Since day 1 have been having issue's with RESIHOME! The process alone was a run around and once you get into your home, it's like you don't exist anymore. No one answers calls. No one calls back. They changed up pricing on me. The home I wanted was lets say 1,499.00. Its a Town home. they told me it was available and I had to hurry up and pay my deposit before anyone else scooped in and took it, which I did. And come to find out it was already taken. They moved me literally two doors down, might I add there is no difference in the layout but up the price to 1,980. 500$ more for no change. After I moved in come to find out, no one moved into the house I originally signed for wasn't occupied until months later. Would Never recommend this place to anyone EVER!!! Bad Service Across the board. If i could put 0 stars I would!

Did a job for them PM added add on was unable to get materials and when we did they were wrong Brandy has to be the worst PM I've worked with. The saying was don't worry about it just a rent house. Got 95% done then contract was terminated. Refusing to pay was told I signed a contract really should know the laws of the state the contract is not valid in Texas because it is not notarized organized crime in my personal opinion
