Excellent place to stay in Denver! The location is great, walkable to most attractions (20-40 min) or a short drive (10-15 min). The rooms and service were exceptional. Breakfast both days was delicious and we chose to eat out in the garden. Having a private garden in the middle of the city was definitely a highlight! We also loved having access to a fridge and tea. Service was also outstanding, everyone who works there was so friendly and kind. Great location and value if you are looking for a place to stay in Denver.

The Queen Anne Urban Bed & Breakfast is number one for a reason. Our two night stay was great even before we arrived. They send you a link to a guide explaining thorough directions/instructions on your code for the inn and your room, parking options, local restaurants, etc. It made it so easy to check-in. We also got a lovely tour from Hannah when we arrived. The place is charming and full of eclectic art. Stevie made delicious breakfast and was super friendly. I did not expect mushroom & goat cheese toast. Yum. The back garden was adorable. We were in the Fountain room, which was huge and overlooked the park. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a massive jacuzzi tub/shower and two sinks. Not to worry, there was a footstool for us shorter people to get into the tub. Note, there is a step to get up to the toilet. I also liked our desk area and comfy armchair. The location was great for exploring Denver. About a 20 minute walk to RiNo or Union Station. I would highly recommend Queen Anne to others traveling to Denver. It was a great way to close out our first trip to Colorado.

Absolutely in love with this bed and breakfast. It was one of the best i've ever stayed. My sister and I were passing through on a road trip from New york to California and we are so happy we found it. Elegant vintage mid century feel , and the rooms had the same energy. But nothing could top . The amazing service from the inn keeper, chef (who cooks an amazing healthy breakfast) and the rest of the staff. Oh wish we had another day here.

The Queen Anne was great improvement from staying at chain hotels for the previous 5 nights! What a lovely inn with beautifully decorated rooms, friendly innkeeper and staff and great amenities. Free off-street parking was a big plus! The rooms were large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private garden in the back and sat out there in the afternoon and read, and then had breakfast outside. The food was delicious! We went to a Rockies game and it was a convenient 20 minute walk to Coors Field. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast!!

What a wonderful B&B, gorgeous and unique. We were a tiny bit disappointed the gas fire place was turned off. Maybe it only is usable in Winter.

All the staff were lovely, Claudia was so nice to meet and Stevie went above and beyond searching for a charging cord for us. The breakfast was perfect. Loved the beautiful gardens!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a “weekend getaway” and absolutely loved this place! Our suite was beautiful, the food was delicious (and they were accommodating to dietary restrictions), and the staff was consistently so kind and friendly. Our experience was fantastic - we will absolutely be back!

I just had my bachelorette party here (rented the entire B&B) and I am obsessed with this place, it was so wonderful and exceed all expectations. All of the rooms had so much charm - the artists lofts especially are enormous! everyone absolutely loved their rooms (comfy beds, very good AC which was great in the heat, super clean). ||At the risk of sounding ageist, I was a little nervous about booking out the B&B for my bachelorette because I was picturing a quiet elderly couple staffing the B&B that might not love interacting with a group of 12 mid-30s women. But that was not the case at all - all the staff are very cool/friendly/artsy and will match your vibe (i.e., will chat if you want to chat or leave you alone if you want quiet)||Nicole really took care of us and was very attentive and helpful and easy to talk to. The breakfast was delicious - especially the fresh pesto that Stevie (chef) made from scratch each morning. One of my friends had to leave for a flight at 5am and Stevie & Nicole (w/out us having to ask) left her a little to-go bag of muffins and oranges (since she was leaving before breakfast) + a nice note. The owner even came by and said hi to us, gave us Denver recommendations, and explained the history of the b&b which involved bringing in a bunch of local artists to design all the rooms. It's a very cool place.||The B&B is right across the street from a nice big park, and a short walk or very short drive to RiNo neighborhood where we spent a lot of time. The first night our group sat on the big back patio in the garden and ordered pizza and drank wine and I just felt so comfortable like I was hanging in a good friends cute backyard. I just can't say enough good things about this place but will stop here for now!
