We lived in Pearl Residences for 3 years and we loved it! The facilities were clean and the swimming pool was lovely. It is a family friendly apartment and the staff at the leasing office are wonderful, especially Casey. What was really great about living there was that maintenance was taken care of quickly. Carlos was always ready to help. He is friendly, kind and very capable of fixing just about anything. Thank you so much for making my family’s stay there so enjoyable.

Been living her for just over a year now and the time has not been perfect. Thanks to our new manager and our newest leasing agent, we have seen some of the best changes happening to this place. I can see efforts being made for improvements to the building and community. The building is starting to show signs of aging and the maintenance crew seems to be working hard to keep up with the most important of issues.

Carlos and his crew on maintenance have been continually working on the entrance gate keeping them up best they can this year. This is an improvement from last year as it seemed to be longer time between repairs to the gates. The maintenance issues in our apartment have always been taken care of with great expedience and care by the entire maintenance team.

We feel very comfortable in this community and have no worries raising our son in this area. It is nice to be treated with smiles and warm welcomes from the front office staff and we also have some of the best neighbors.

We have lived at the Pearl Residences for 4 years now. The leasing team made up of Stephanie and Casey are beyond amazing in their helpfulness, professionalism and always making you feel a part of the family. Casey, who started out as the concierge, was the best concierge we had ever engaged with. He is always welcoming, happy and eagerly willing to get answers to any issues that we were dealing with. He didn’t just sit there occupying a chair. He was anxious to learn and provide the help people needed. I even him cleaning the lobby because he saw that something needed done. He has been a rock that was highly needed for the residents here. I was thrilled to hear that he was promoted to a leasing agent because of his ability to quickly learn all aspects of the office. The place would not be the same without him. When he is here, we all know we are taken care of. He and Stephanie make a powerful team in providing care and attention to the residents. He is a blessing to this place.

I moved to the Pearl Residences in April 2019 after I sold my house. I wanted a life free from house maintenance. I am writing this review to say “thank you” to Carlos Garcia for his exceptional service. All my maintenance requests were finished on the same day they were submitted. In addition, he is always very professional and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is properly done. He is always attentive to the details. Thank you for all your hard work!

I moved into Pearl Residences in Nov. 2021 and it has been an amazing experience! The units are all high-end with Kitchenaid appliances and high quality flooring and finishes. The pool area feels like a resort with plenty of outdoor grills and separate areas for seating where multiple families can be out at the same time without feeling crowded. The parking garage is enclosed so you don’t have to feel the heat or cold when walking to your car and the security seems to high priority. It’s a very quiet community which is nice if you don’t like a lot of noise and all the neighbors are friendly and will greet you with a smile and hello. The building is very dog-friendly with an outdoor dog area the full length of the building with plenty of grass and trees. There is also a large grass area across the street for the dogs to play. Walking distance to City Centre restaurants and shops. This is truly a great community to live.

Good building overall, I was there for four years. In that time the extras did deteriorate but still better than most. The maintenance and cleaning staff are the big stars. The building is always extremely clean and Carlos who runs maintenance is amazing! Really Carlos is the nicest most helpful person.
