Had a wonderful weekend at the Music Garden Mansion!! We stayed in the lavender suite and it was so adorable! The property is very well maintained and super clean. The hot tub was nice & relaxing after a long day. Very reasonably priced with a great location. Privacy was also very comforting right now since we haven’t all had the opportunity to get vaccinated. I will definitely be back again when I’m in town!

I really enjoyed visiting with the owner of the mansion. She was so helpful and hospitable. The Mansion is so quaint and comfortable. This was a very reasonable price for so many amazing amenities. Our room was spotless, and we loved our jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was served at our door each day, and it was delicious and thoughtful. We cannot wait to stay here again!! Highly recommend

SO ADORABLE!!!! Extremely clean and very comfortable. Very cute place right off the highway, easy to get to. The owner and hostess were so very welcoming and respectful. The breakfast was very lovely and refreshing. Will stay there again next time we pass thru. We loved it!

We arrived in San Angelo a little on the later side on a Friday evening with no hotel reservations. We called the MGM and left a message and shortly after they returned our call to confirm availability (although the price was a little higher than the website quoted). We were very warmly greeted by the owner who showed us to our room and told us breakfast was at 9am. The house is very charming but extremely cluttered. You have to be careful when you turn around so that you don't knock something over. It's almost like being in a very tightly packed Hallmark/antique store. Not good for small children. The room had great (and quiet) air conditioning, flat screen TV, wireless internet, and a comfortable clean bed. There was some noise from the road but you are in an old house and those things are to be expected. The whirlpool tub in the bathroom was fantastic (warm water immediately) and the closet was ample. However, no shower or extendable shower head from the tub. This makes washing long hair a challenge. ||There really wasn't any place to put anything down as every table, nightstand, counter, and chair was already filled with some knick-knack. ||There is an outdoor jacuzzi which we didn't use because it was too hot. But this may be nice in the cooler months. Also, you should like cats if you plan to use the garden because there were about 8 or 9 (or more). ||Breakfast was very nice. Coffee and juice as well as a fruit yogurt cup, quiche, scone, and a sausage ball. The presentation was also very nice and clean. ||We were a little surprised when we came back in the late afternoon to find our room had not been serviced. I've stayed at many B&Bs before and this is the first time the bed wasn't made. Also, at other B&Bs I've usually experienced an afternoon tea or wine provided by the house. I was a little disappointed that here there wasn't anything special. ||Overall the owner was very kind and friendly and we did have a pleasant stay but with a few small changes this place could be great.

A couple of years ago I had the pleasure of staying at the Music Garden Mansion while going through many tests to find out what was ailing me. The MGM was a delightful corner of the past sitting in a strategic spot that was a haven for my daughter-n-law and myself! The place was charming and our room comfy!! I love the decor with all the extra special touches that some call clutter and enjoyed the meals prepared with extreme thoughtfulness!!! Melody, thank you for putting your heart into your Music Garden Mansion!! ❤️

Amazing hostess, so nice and friendly. Rooms are very clean and well kept up with. Definitely recommend MGM to anyone looking for a place to stay the night (or two) at.
