I recently stayed at Galicia Kiyosumishirakawa II in Unit 601. The condition of the apartment is excellent. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet for the most part. In general it’s very cozy and private. It’s a calm place that’s just a short ride away from the center of town. I

All in all, I had a good trip. Thank you to the customer service team for the timely and detailed instructions. The Check-in Guide is very well written.

The MetroResidences admin team are extremely professional and easy to deal with. This is unusual in realtion to property transactions in Japan. The property itself was very good value., clean and very nicely furnished. Our company loved our time in Domus Hatchobori.

I recommend this apartment if you want stay long time in Tokyo ! The location is very useful and accommodation so great (especially the sunset since the apartment or the rooftop). And the staff are very kind and answer gays in case of any problem. I’ll definitely return there for my next long trip in Tokyo !

I recently stayed at Galicia Kiyosumishirakawa II in Unit 503. The condition of the apartment is excellent. From what I can tell, everything in here is brand new and it all works well.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet for the most part. It’s a calm place that’s just a short ride away from the center of town.

I also appreciate how the cookware this time was in good shape. One of the main reasons why I book serviced apartments is the freedom to cook when I want.

The only downside to this unit in particular is a lack of shelf or drawer type storage. I also think there should be a door hook for wet towels.

Also, the amenities provided at the start were too stingy. There wasn’t even a box of tissues when I arrived and there aren’t enough towels. I ended up having to run the washing machine more often as a result.

All in all, I had a good trip. Thank you to the customer service team for the timely and detailed instructions. The Check-in Guide is very well written.

Stayed at Primaclasse Hatsudai Studio 202 from 26 September to 11 November. I was extremely satisfied, the place was in excellent conditions and very conveniently located for Shinjuku, Shibuya and Central Tokyo. Dealing with MetroResidences was a pleasure, as they were helpful, efficient and responsive. Overall the process to set up the rental was very simple, quite different from what I expected for an apartment rental in Japan. It is the second time I rent with MetroResidences (the first time was in Summer 2023) and I am planning on a third. Recommended!

東横線、東京メトロ日比谷線の中目黒駅、東横線・祐天寺駅から徒歩圏内の静かな住宅地で立地最高です。新宿、渋谷、池袋、横浜方面へも直通で行けます。部屋も広くて清潔で使いやすく、おしゃれな物件です。自炊したり洗濯するにも必要な設備はすべて揃っているので、長期滞在してゆっくりしたい方におすすめです。スタッフの対応も迅速で丁寧で、安心して過ごせます。
