When my wife and myself saw a bed and breakfast stay with an Aronia Farm. It was a straight yes for us. God, I did made the absolutely wise choice. The room is great and is overlooking the big farmland in front. We got pancakes and kind of rye bun with aronia berries inside. There were no organic eggs for us this time because not too long ago there was a massacre and he was left with four chickens. A terrible skunk did it.

The owner name Joerg is closely sounded like 'York' and is also super friendly. His entire farm is organic. We bought a big box tomatoes and zucchini before we head home. We also bought his last can of dried organic aronia berries from his own farm and some packaged ones from Germany. I was told that Germany has such high standard that they have to go through 11 steps just to be certified organic. You can also pickup some pots of young trees in pots. We were not able to do so because our car was full.

I highly recommend anyone to stay over at this place.

Yoerg operates the farm as well as the B&b. He was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure we have a wonderful stay. The breakfast provided was healthy and delicious, everything from the berries to the eggs to the bread. Highly recommend staying here on your way up the mountains.

I Booked Aronia Berry Farms and in the policies it stated cancellation within 24hrs was non refundable. 10 minutes after I booked I had to cancel, but it was 27hrs advance notice, which in the policy said was a full refund! Now these greedy thieves tell me I'm out $117?! I find it odd that a "so called" reputable B&B needs $117 that bad that they would screw over a future customer! Everyone is going to hear about this because it's totally unfair & I'll make sure they lose more than $117CAD trust me! Criminals.
