I’ve never stayed here but I drive by here all the time. The front porch is full of junk and I wonder what the inside must look like if this is how it presents to the world.

There're a variety of room amenities available, more or less depending upon your particular health needs. The Tree room has a love seat recliner that fully reclines and large enough tub with jets for a good soak. The bed is literally the best that I have ever slept on. I was able to sleep instead of spending half the night tossing and turning. We informed the owner ahead of time about food allergies and had a nice little supply of food appropriate choices in a bag on the table in the room waiting for us.

The Cottage was a great place to stay for my husband and I and two of our daughters when we came to Irving for a family gathering. Lots of room and privacy while being together in the same house. It was very clean and comfortable. My daughters could also use the computer for their boarding passes. We will likely use it again when there's not enough room at "Grandma's house".|

We had a group of 5 from our church in Oklahoma. We were in Dallas to see Bush Library. We have stayed in B/B before on our trips. We all were happy with our rooms. Clean, roomy and quiet. We all like to interact and did not have a central area to visit, we all met in one of the rooms, which was OK for 5 people but would not have been for our usual large group. We were unhappy with the breakfast. Just bought continental style food, plus again on place to eat. Doubt we will be staying again.

This is the second year I have stayed here. The rooms are cute and clean. Lee was so gracious and helpful. She always makes are stay really nice. It was super hot and the air conditioning worked great. The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Leigh was such a gracious host! We had just gotten married and she made us feel so pampered! We loved how cozy our cowboy suite was and would not hesitate to recommend this sweet little spot to anyone! Very private, but if you need assistance, the owners are just a text away! Very, very pleased!

My husband and I stayed two nights at the Jefferson St. B & B. We had no problem with the keyless entry with a code that we were given ahead of our arrival. The room was spacious, clean and as described. But the odd part was that we never saw another human being, we didn't even meet the owners, not even once. Also, we were aware that Jefferson St. breakfast was a continental breakfast. Meaning we could help ourselves to coffee, yogurt, fruit, etc. from a common room. When we arrived there was a form that we were to fill out and place in a locked box on the front porch. We were asked if we wanted coffee in the morning and we checked "yes". There was no coffee in the morning. When we got a hold of the owner by phone, we were told that they didn't pick up the paper that we filled in, but there was coffee in the room that we could make. We weren't happy with this idea, but we made it, only to find out that it was vanilla flavored coffee!

Wonderful clean room, well decorated and comfortable. Pantry was well stocked, and if you need something they really care about helping you. Don't complain if you needed something and didn't ask. Everything is well organized, easy check-in, room access etc. Coffee, shampoo soap etc are very nice.
