I had an excellent experience with Il Faro Housing — from check-in in February to checkout in July, Eldin and Esther were always kind, attentive, and eager to help with whatever I needed! Some residences are newer than others; I personally lived in the Corso Cavour residence and while it was a little older, it was very well-situated: I was able to walk anywhere I needed in about 15 minutes. If my bed had had a newer mattress, it would've been the perfect apartment, so I hope that will be switched out for the next incoming student, but there's really nothing else I'd change. And again, I can't say enough about how much I appreciated my stay with Il Faro; Elden and Esther are the best and I so appreciated their help during my stay in Macerata!

I had a very pleasant experience whilst staying at my faro housing accomodation. From the room, the building, all of the amenities, the location, my fellow guests, the services, to finally the faro housing team I would say everything reached a very satisfactory standard.

J'ai eu la chance de passer un an dans la magnifique résidence "Villa Lauri" du Faro Housing durant l'année scolaire 2023-2024, et je le souhaite à quiconque doit séjourner à Macerata. Au-delà du confort offert dans ce bâtiment historique refait à neuf très récemment, l'attractivité des prix et le chaleureux accueil que m'ont réservé Eldin et Esther sont sûrement les principaux atouts de l'entreprise. L'ensemble de l'équipe du Faro a toujours été à l'écoute de mes besoins et m'a permis de me sentir chez moi durant cette belle année à l'étranger : merci à vous !
La résidence "Villa Lauri" est légèrement excentrée mais offre un très beau cadre de vie et vous pourrez aussi trouver d'autres résidences plus proches du centre-ville si vous le souhaitez. Pour être bref, si vous êtes étudiant et que vous cherchez une solution de logement fiable et qualitative à Macerata, Il Faro Housing est sans aucun doute une solution parfaite !

A nossa hospedagem na Via Pancalducci foi ótima. O apartamento é amplo e possui todos os equipamentos que precisamos. A recepção de Eldin foi calorosa e nos sentimos em casa. Muito obrigada.

My experience with faro housing, specifically at the Tanzi residence was adorable. The place is prepared with everything you may use - iron for clothing, washing machine - dryer, wi-fi, study rooms, kitchens, open spaces, nature all around and a really comfortable room with necessities; on my case a little fridge was included and it saved me a lot of “trips” to the kitchen. By the part of the company, the responsibles were kind at me from the very beginning and listened to me in every single situation when something happen - the team of cleaning and fixing were also really prestative. It is a shame some other students do not respect the cleaning rule in the kitchen, mainly to acknowledge this lack of respect comes from Italians students, who, unfortunately were not well receptive and made not only me but a few international students to conclude “people here are like this”. - after warnings and solutions coming from the staff, there is nothing more that could’ve been done. Still, I feel gladly satisfied with the Faro Housing, who tried their best to solve the problem.
