Great, beautiful and quaint hotel. This was our second stay at Hotel Giles. We stayed after Christmas last year and wanted to visit again. Had a little snafu last year with the hot water system failing and when we returned this year, there was a card from the hotel with some chocolates thanking us for coming again. Such a nice touch. The room was so comfortable and well appointed. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice coffee maker, roomy bathroom. Loved sitting in the beautiful parlor having coffee as well as the simple but nice breakfast. The hotel is small and very quiet. Perfect place to stay when visiting the area.... We had trouble finding a place for dinner on Sunday night and ended up having a nice picnic in the beautiful gazebo in the courtyard. Such a great way to end the day. Would definitely recommend. Ernie is so friendly and helpful....

I love the peace and quiet of Comfort. The hotel is lovely, the staff the nicest. Meredith makes a great breakfast. I go there to relax, do some shopping and visit the antique stores. It’s my go to place to get away from stress. It’s situated between Boerne, Fredericksburg, Camp Verde, and Kerrville. It’s literally in the middle. High Cafe is across the street, the pizza place a short walk, and if you something more, it’s an easy drive to any of the above towns.

Bedding was great. Very nice bed with cool sheets. Updated bathroom. The staff was so amazing as well and a great breakfast each day. Love every thing about it. Get cozy music gathering in the hotel lobby with local musicians. The adult beverages were a very nice touch to start the evening. Thank you Hotel Giles.

It is the perfect getaway from city life. An amazing hotel in a quaint city with great shopping and beautiful wineries. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. We'll definitely visit again soon!

A group of outdoor painters met up and enjoyed the Giles for their helpful staff, beautiful grounds and architecture and wonderful breakfasts. It was a rainy weekend and the hotel was a perfect venue for painting under roof and outdoors. We brought our dog and his amenities in the room made us feel he was a welcome guest. Each time I’ve stayed here the service is great, consistent and the rooms and amenities remain the best.

Lovely quaint and cozy hotel. The people were wonderful! Loved the real coffee in the rooms and luxury bath products. Highly recommend this place. We went for a quick respite from the world and got exactly what we needed. Rest in a beautiful space.

They treated us like we were the only guests at the hotel. Included breakfast was superb that included homemade jams. Rooms were quiet and amenities very nice||Special shout out to Ernie and Meredith for their customer service.||Cannot wait to stay again

Room was quaint , clean and perfectly comfortable! Breakfast was amazing!! ||I’ve stayed here a couple of times now, as I work in Comfort, and I’ll always choose to stay here if rooms are available. If you want to escape a big city, coming to the heart of Comfort and staying at Hotel Giles will feed your soul
