Great little gem in Post TX! I highly recommend the stay! Very historic and beautiful interior! Cozy loft library and time has stood still in the rooms and decor! If you like architecture and western historical buildings then you will love this bed and breakfast!

Truly a West Texas gem! This is our third stay here at the Garza and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere here takes you back in time with ornate, period furnishings and the excellent costumer service makes you feel so welcome! The homemade biscuits, bacon and eggs and gourmet jams were the perfect finishing touch! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Great spot to spend the night on the way to your final destination. Comfortable room with antiques. Beautifully restored and decorated hotel. Nice breakfast.

This historic hotel was welcoming and warm. The breakfasts were amazing and we loved the homemade biscuits. We had 4 rooms and they were all amazing. My parents got the handicap accesible room and we were upstairs. Well be back again. We came for our sons graduation from Tech. It was nice to be out of the craziness of Lubbock and relax in peace and quiet.

This is the place to stay in Post! The place has been restored so nicely and it is truly sparkling clean. We loved the library with all the photos and the comfortable chairs. We stayed here on our way to and from the Dallas area to and from Ruidoso and each time it was so comfortable and relaxing. We met the owner and she is super nice and worked with us when we had a weather issue when attempting to leave Ruidoso. We stayed in the Centennial Suite. The bed was wonderful and we loved the sitting area and fireplace. We had the cooked breakfast during our first stay and it was great. We did the continental on our second stay and it was good too. For you coffee lovers, the coffee was very good! Post is a very small little town but it was fun to walk around and look at things. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Such a throwback in history. The hotel is restored beyond it’s original glory. The floors are original and creaky. The rooms are themed and the beds comfortable. Ruth lives in house and is always available. The morning breakfast is homemade and excellent. The town of post is semi ghost town but begging for revitalization. This is the only place to stay and dollar tree is the only store open in the Main Street

The Garza is lovely - quiet, immaculately clean and well appointed. With individually furnished rooms and a good hot breakfast included, this independent establishment is a far cry from sterile cookie-cutter chains. BYOB for a drink in the garden.

Visited to view the caprock escarpment, tour the Llano Estacado, and visit Lubbock (Buddy Holly Museum, McPherson's winery, etc). We stayed in a nice suite with a sitting room with comfy chair/couches and an electronic fireplace. Bed was very nice and bathroom was commodious and well appointed. Loved the library with quiet sitting room for reading. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, toast and continental selections. Very well done. We had a wonderful two nights and will stay again; enjoyed the wine bar down the street, the OS Ranch Museum, and the welcoming people of Post.
