Wir haben jetzt schon mehrfach über Interhome Ferienwohnungen gebucht und wurden immer wieder enttäuscht.

Die Betten sind immer mehr als verdreckt gewesen in jeder Wohnung die wir bis jetzt über dieses Unternehmen gebucht hatten. Es wird wohl leider nicht viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Gründlichkeit(außer bei der Abnahme) gelegt.
Das tut sich wieder in den Ecken durch Spinnweben und Hausstaub widerspiegeln.
Es hat sogar in einem Raum nach Urin gestunken.

Die Übergabe locker und die Abnahme dafür doppelt so streng, um jede Möglichkeit die Kaution zu behalten wahrzunehmen.

Meiner Meinung nach, sollte man wirklich sehr gründlich bei der Übergabe sein und wirklich alles Protokollieren, damit man nicht seine Kaution verliert.

Ich buche zukünftig nicht mehr bei Interhome.

We booked the house „Casa Bica“ in Laveno Mombello through Interhome.

At the beginning we had to pick up the keys from Interhome at another place where we waited for a long time until we were able to go into the house.

The house is big and has a nice view but it’s very old including the furniture and especially the beds and matress are disgusting and it smells awful all over the house.

The courtyard entrance is very small and difficult to reach. Not recommended for big cars.

Towels were provided but we had to buy stuff like soap, detergent, etc by ourself.
Toilet flush was not ok and not enough chairs for the amount of people. The WiFi wasn‘t working well enough.

At the handover the women from Interhome was very rude and undfriendly and was searching for mistakes to withhold money from the deposit. We weren’t able to talk with her cause all she said was „I am not responsible you have to talk to the website“.

We would recommend the house only for people who are not sqeuamish. The house is in dire need of renovation so if a couple things would be renewed it would be okay but DONT BOOK IT WITH INTERHOME - the service and their employees are bad.

PS: you have to pay for the air condition additionally so it’s not included.

Sehr nette Dame am Empfang, die Formalitäten schnell erledigt, ! Schlüssel vorzeitig, ca. 11 Uhr, erhalten! Normal zw. 25 und 19 Uhr. Sternabzug für ausschließlich Barzahlung, keine Kreditkarten, also ausreichend casch mitbringen.
