Jeff and Pat went above and beyond our expectations! We enjoyed starting each day with a fantastic breakfast in the sunroom while watching the birds just outside in the garden! The property is a hidden gem! Tucked away just outside of town with plenty of room to explore or relax while taking in the beautiful Colorado scenery. Close to parks and trails. Each evening we were warmly welcomed back with freshly baked cookies! After a full day of exploring we greatly appreciated the oh so comfortable bed with fresh clean linens! All of the little details are taken care of so we could enjoy our stay! Everything was super clean and we had a great time away!
Pat and Jeff are warm and sincere hosts that graciously welcomed us into their home!

This place is set in the forest yet just five minutes drive to downtown Durango. The couple running the B&B are really welcoming and make you feel at home. If you're a light sleeper like me you'll enjoy the quiet nights where no human noises can be heard from outside. The house is only a few years old and everything is clean and fresh.

This was my first Airbnb experience and Jeff and Pat set the bar high! My three daughters and I had the best spring break vacation in snowy Durango in the comforts of Jeff and Pat’s beautiful home and just felt taken care of the whole time - wonderful breakfasts and thoughtful snacks and hot tea and chocolate in the evenings, they set us up with snow toys to roam around the entire property, gave us helpful tips each day as we prepped for each outing, and just went above and beyond with every detail and were such a pleasure to meet. The accommodations are super clean and comfortable and the whole property is a blast to explore itself - we were never in a hurry to take off to go somewhere else...enjoyed staying right there sledding and playing in the snowy hills around their house after breakfast for a couple hours and explored the mountain park that the property joins before we’d head out each day to Purgatory, Pagosa Springs, or downtown Durango...the location was ideal! I hope to go back during summer or fall months to explore the area’s warmer weather fun and stay at Hidden Valley again.

Best lodging experience ever! So quiet and relaxing! Everything was fabulous from continental breakfast to walk-in shower to chocolate chip cookies for bedtime snack! This B&B is the best of the best! Oh, and the bed is so comfortable and everything is very clean!
